explosive rounds is what pulls that gun out of the gutter from other handcannons. True Prophecy is another contender with a lesser version of explosive rounds. But with out the explosive rounds hand cannons are quite underwhelming. Pulse rifles have it even worse right now.

Can't really disagree. But man, explosive rounds is just so good in D2. Best perk in game imo. I swear I was getting 3 tapped by Better Devils. It was the first time in D2 where I had a "holy shit wtf just did THAT to me?!" moment. Several of them in one match to two players using Better Devils. I was terrified the rest of the match to get in auto rifle range. I was in scout rifle or RUN mode the rest of the match.

It really is a great perk that makes a fun difference to gameplay. Some guns however just have poor stats that could be tweeked to make them content with Explosive rounds. I feel a flat, yet [b]small[/b], boost to stability and crit damage could help bring more balance to guns [u]without[/u] explosive rounds. Call To Serve for example as a scout could get a small stability and crit boost and pretty much all other pusle rifles and scouts.(Besides MIDA and Explosive rounds weapons. DO NOT N**F anything.)
