Yes I was pretty frustrated when I got had this issue. The only fix I could find is to level up my character. I tried redeeming over and over again but the only time it worked was when I was around level 7! Hope this helps you

I think you're right on this. I was able to get my engrams after I logged onto my warlock alt, which is level 7, for a little bit. All I did was use the vault to switch some cosmetics up and then logged off.

Also I was using the companion app and computer the whole time so I don't think the web browser had everything to do with it.
