Im just speaking for myself here but the only complaints people have had are that you have to sprint through everything and skip all the enemies. First of all you can kill all the enemies and still have plenty of time to kill the boss. Secondly the timer is just there as a punishment if everyone dies multiple times, in d1 you wouldnt get punished as much coz youd just go back to the last checkpoint, but now if you lose time youll fail and have to go right back to the start. Edit: yes i know you used to get kicled back to orbit for wiping. Seriously guys just calm your shit and approach it like you would a strike, they give you 10 minutes plus whatever time you gain by killing enemies or jumping through hoops which is more than enough, you just have to make sure that you dont waste time by dying or killing enemies slowly. I swear to god if you put a timer on something people suddenly start freaking out and try to frantically rush everything, if anything it just shows how much people crumble under pressure. Now thats just my opinion, there could be something else that im missing but the main point that i seem to see is people thinking they need to try and skip everything, which you dont, but maybe this is just me, tell me what you think.
