While I agree that this was not a good idea, I would like to point out that it was done to try and skirt around some restriction that is in place by Sony and MS.

I'm aware of that, but I don't think that it makes this okay. Honestly, there's nothing interesting that this offers them either. It's really just the same stuff that's free, unless your PS4 I guess.

Only reason why I can see Bethesda puting it on XB1 and PC is so players on those platforms can't complain.
