they certainly aren't cool sounding perks for most of them but i will say this... WARLOCK HAS THE BEST LOOKING ARMOR.

People will complain about the increased lunge, it will probably be an early Nerf based on that alone. -Actium looks lackluster, why isn't it all primaries? -Titan's Alpha Lupi looks like a really good support exotic. -Hallowfire Heart, they took Simmering Flames(?) from the D1 subclass and put it into an exotic, probably decent. -Dunemarchers don't sound very good, melee chaining arc is likely situational at best. -Lion Rampant ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ no idea what Ariel manuverability means here. -Peacekeepers sound really good if you're using SMG(s). -Crown of Tempests sounds good on paper, it'll probably be reworked and/or nerfed as we get complaints of ability spam from it if it's effect is powerful enough. -Another World is getting the increased ability Regen reworked, guarantee you. Otherwise it could be pretty decent. -Nezarc's Sin sounds really good if you're using void weapons. -Dire Ahamkara is probably going to be shit again. -Sunbracers (D1 called them the Sunbreakers) are probably the same as in D1, they'll likely be good in PvE, not great in PvP. -Sacred Dawn will probably be below average, notngodawful but not amazing. -Nighthawk will probably be niche on one Gunslinger subclass (the one we didn't play in the beta), bad on the other. -Foetracer and Knucklehead Radar will probably be useless to the point where it's laugable. -Dragon's Shadow could be good, could be bad, not sure. -Lucky Raspberry is probably going to be great, then nerfed hard from complaints of ability spam. -Raiden Flux it going to probably be really good in PvE, alright in PvP. -Lucky Pants will likely be required to run a hand cannon if the initial accuracy is ever bad. -Orpheus Pants is going to be really good. -St0mp-EE5 likely the Radiant Dance Machines of Destiny 2, more or less a meme choice, might be effective, but there'll be better overall choices.

Stomp-EE5 + MIDA + Arcstrider = God mode. Dunemarchers + MIDA + Striker = God mode.

Garbage is a bit harsh sure they won't be OP or game breaking but it's what you would expect from a pvp based game.
