This is pathetic how we have a system that is supposed to teach us but instead most teachers use it to their advantage and spread their liberal ideology. The sad thing is conservatives cannot even speak their mind in public or we will be treated like hitler most of the time.

It's clear that the teachers don't have anything planned if they bring up politics. Unless it's a lesson about politics. Besides, they're there to teach not slander. Those teachers needs to get their priorities straight. I mean think about it, they have a duty to fulfill, and they're getting paid for it. How do they have the time to bring up politics When there's no reason to bring it up in the first place...
KUPO!!!™
I agree with what they're saying, but for the sake of objectivity and intellectual honesty, educators should try to be as unbiased as possible.

>public institutions are ineffective and shouldn't get public funding. >private institutions shouldn't have people say or teach what they want. Hmm.

Privately owned school. If so, schools problem depending if they allow the teachers to share their political views while working. If its a state run school, that may be a problem

What's wrong with condemning -godwinslaw!- and those who support them? It's not just liberals doing this but most sensible moderates and conservatives.

10 RespuestasEditado por THUNDERCHILD: 8/18/2017 2:13:50 AMI remember 'current events' being a staple of education even more than twenty years ago. If youre embarrassed by facts go find a safe space. And for the record, there are alot of disturbing similarities between germany in the 1930s and today, like all these filthy n@zis for example. Its just a fact. When we fail to learn from our mistakes we're doomed to repeat them so its best the educators do their job regardless of how uppity some brain dead skinheads get about it.

10 RespuestasReport the teacher. If legal, record them and use it as proof. Make sure you ask to keep your name out of it so as to make sure this doesn't affect your grade in the class. You can leave a printed note letting the teacher know that political talk in a class is unprofessional, and if continued, will be reported and recorded (again, only if legal). Be sure to be conscious of security cameras, be careful while doing this. There are steps here that you can take. I'm sure your school also has systems in place for situations like this. Follow all official pathways, record all conversations you can. Try asking if you can make transcripts of lectures, as well. This should not be permitted. Don't bitch about it here, take care of it for yourself. If nothing works, then go ahead and bitch. But don't whine without taking steps to fix the problem. As for "I'm a conservative so I'm demonized", stop. This is mostly untrue in the vast majority of schools, does nothing, and is probably for the purpose of self-pity. I went to public schools in central Texas from middle school through high school. I was open about my leftist views and atheism, and I was disliked by many of my peers and teachers because of this. I also didn't whine about it. Everyone's situation is different, but seriously, try fixing the problem first. Best of luck.

1 RespuestaYou poor poor snowflake. Do you need a safe space in the college for all the little conservative snowflakes?

Universities and such are nothing but liberal brainwashing machines. And they put you in debt to get that brain washing. I would rather dig ditches and burn thru the witches.

1 RespuestaTrue and some colleges have put safe spaces up and some that have have banned white people from entering.

1 RespuestaYeah, my geometry professor ranted about how Trump is a square. And my biology professor said he's human. And my Religion through History professor said he's the president.

2 RespuestasI had a liberal teacher who loved Hillary. She also believed that white people were the only race who could be racist, because they are the superior race. Yeah, she said that stuff in class. Also joked about starting a drug ring with the students. Probably only got away with it because people thought she was pretty.
