Nova bomb has become the most useless super in the game, if a subclass has a bad super then its a dead subclass.
All jump abilities handle horrible except for blink, how does bungie expect anyone to do good in pvp when we can't even jump the right way.
Ability cooldowns is way off, im sure even someone who has never played destiny would like to use their powers more often. No1 is asking for a sticky nade spam fest but 1 or 2 supers per strike or pvp match if at all is a huge joke.

Novabomb ended up being my favorite super for PvE by the end of the beta.
-
Its actually a lot of fun if you master it. I managed to get a few team wipes with it
-
The perk that slows it and adds tracking in the subclass is better for pve than pvp. But you can just swap to the other half of the subclass tree that was locked in he beta to use in pvp. It's slow because of the perk, not because they "nerfed" it

Editado por ClovenTrack620: 8/8/2017 1:38:53 AMthat's good news!, i really hope ur right about this cause having a dead super can put you at a great disadvantage, especially now that voidwalkers seem to have the only nonroaming super in the game.
-
You only saw one half of the subclass. There's nothing saying that second tier ain't a fast lance nova. To be perfectly honest I like the aggressive tracking on the new nova. It reminds me of Truth, with wolf packs. But to each their own I suppose.
-
in case u havent noticed even the slowest guardian can outrun it, not in a sparrow but by actually running away from it. But if ur trying to kill a few slowmo adds then i guess its the perfect super just for you. But to each their own i suppose😞

The second set of perks has lance on it

Editado por ClovenTrack620: 8/8/2017 3:01:29 AMi just hope the lance version is not like the one in vanilla destiny. i wouldn't b surprised if bungie pulled some crap like that on us
-
There was a real quick snippet of gameplay of it. You gotta find it in one oif the videos ign released or lookup unknown player, he might have captured it.
-
Editado por ClovenTrack620: 8/8/2017 3:02:45 AMdoes it look similar to the original nova or at least close?
-
Uhh it's not as fast as original but it's fast. Not big like the slow version now tho. Maybe 50% that size
-
there's still hope then🙏
-
A little. But we don't know what changes they made since we never got a chance to use it.
-
the new nova doesnt make any sense for pvp, you cant outrun any of the new supers in D2 ,they all seem to b able to roam pretty fast and look to b very maneuverable. Nova Bomb cant compete against any of those abilities but some people still like it
-
The tracking version would be legit if it was just a little faster. It's so slow right now that anyone can outrun it. I literally had the strike boss walk away from it once.
-
Editado por ClovenTrack620: 8/8/2017 1:41:31 AML😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂L what? did he just see it coming and walked the other way?
-
You laugh, but that's almost what happened. We're on the final stage of the boss fight when I launched a Nova Bomb at his head. After what seemed like an eternity, the boss moved, and it sailed right past him. Apparently tracking failed to proc, and he literally walked away from it.
-
That's why they gave us the ability to explode it manually by shooting at it.
-
i believe you, the tracking on it is very inconsistent, i hit more walls in the beta than enemies
-
It's a crowd control thing. You can't stop it so you just have to run and run and run. It causes groups to break and move
