XB1 X couldn’t manage 4K, according to dev.

Tripwire Interactive has confirmed that their game, Killing Floor 2, will run at native 1800p rather than true 4K due to significant frame rate drop. Source: wccftech.com/killing-floor-2-runs-1800p-xbox-one-x/ This seems to beg the question- is the Xbox One X already out of date? It’s not even out yet, and it’s already having trouble running games at 4K (which is what it is being marketed as being able to do), at the START of its life cycle. That being said, it DOES have better graphics than the standard Xbox One, and the developer even says the Xbox One X “was a very smooth and easy platform to develop for. It took very little engineering effort to get our base Xbox One game running on the Xbox One X. It took maybe 4 hours of programming effort total”. This is concerning news for potential Xbox One X buyers, but does it bother you?
