Bump. Imagine how much better it would be if the conversation went:
Ghost: Look! A vex milk waterfall! Can we stop and...
Guardian: No / Maybe later / Kinda busy here (randomized reply)
Ghost: Aaaaaaw!

Thank god you aren't in charge of dialogue. That's worse than no time to explain. Dear god

Editado por DaGroove: 7/29/2017 9:46:51 PMYou realize the only thing I wrote in that dialogue was the guardian's reply right? I'm just working with what Bungie has already written, and the guardian's reply has to be A) short, and B) negatory, as it's happens when you're flying between vex gates. But maybe you'd rather stop and choose a dialogue as you touch down in front of cabal, so you can become one with your little avatar :)

So you'd still rather have mute space mimes?

Nope I just recognize that allowing you to insert your own response instead of imposing prefabricated responses enables the player more freedom to role play how they want. For example, when this guy hears the vex milk waterfall quote, the above (horrible) dialogue is inserted by way of his imagination. I think that dialogue is atrocious, so I get to insert what I want to say back.
