I have dont all of the same testing you have done including reinstalling a 4.72 firmware from a usb in safe mode with option 7. Playstation support also had me open several ports. nothing has fixed the freezing so far.

my ps4 pro is under warranty. after the third call to playstation tech support they deemed my system defective and i have begun the process of sending the unit in for service...............
