Every expansion is PVE based.
The game markets it as a PVE game
Almost every piece of gear in the game is gotten through PVE
Destiny 1 and 2 (Vanilla obviously) Are sold on Campaigns even though Destiny 1 was lack luster at best
All the end game content except trials and Iron banner is PVE.
90% Of the games content is PVE based.
