No solid plans on ranked, rumble, 6v6, and shitty cooldowns on abilities as well as no private matches at launch. BUT YOU BET YOUR ASS THAT TENT IS GOING TO BE OPEN AND AVAILABLE TO ALL PLAYERS AT LAUNCH! honestly, I'm all for capitalism but, at a certain point you just gotta have some -blam!-ing shame and decency....

Pst...read TWAB. The build we are playing is months old and the new one has our feedback in it.

Editado por Smough: 7/25/2017 6:24:24 PMGo make a new character on destiny and see what the ability charge is like. Only reason people think it's slow is because in d1 we had tons of things to increase recharge, some of which will probably be in destiny 2. /rant You must realize that programming an npc to sit in a tent is easier to program than private matches and some sort of ranked system.

Judging by how the dancing on sparrows and infinite super glitches are still in the game. (Prove they copy and pasted a large majority of the base code) I dont see why private matches couldn't be copy and pasted.

Editado por Smough: 7/25/2017 12:20:39 AMJust because a bug repeats itself doesn't mean it's for the same reasons, or that it was unintentional. The d1 private matches sucked for lack of a better word.

Ok maybe they went full retard and made the same mistake again. But the first thing I was taught when I started to studie computer science was: Once the code has been created you can copy that same code and use it again. You will need to make some adjustments but will be minor. Saving you time (LIKE ALOT of time) Still dont see why privates matches arent im the game Keep in mind i am studying web design, but generally speaking this also applies to video game code if they are reusing the same base code wich they are. But I could be wrong Just throwing that out there...

Video game coding is quite different from web design, while you can still copy code you would need to make more adjustments, especially if you are coding on a different engine. I think the dancing on sparrows is intentional, and unless the infinite super glitch works in the exact same way that it did in d1 then it wouldn't be the same code. Why delay the game to add private matches when you could release the game and add an improved private matches (a very insignificant gamemode) later on. Ranked is slightly more significant but it's unneeded and pointless, unless you enjoy having a gold sticker next to your name.

Fair point Completely forgot the engine part lets just hope they are working on it If they dont release in the first 2 months i will be severely disapointed

I just use halo 5 forge as an example, apparently it was really good even though it had a delayed release.

I'd love to actually have infinite super matches infinite heavy etc it would be cool so I pray they're reworking it
