Some people like the new weapon system but I don't feel wrong in saying that the absolute majority of players dislike it. In fact I feel comfortable saying that the majority is above 70% it just doesn't feel like Destiny. So bump. State your opinions tho. Everyone likes what they like deadazz
Edit: And where my Machine Guns at tho?
Edit: "Oh look numbers they must be fake"
What's that you looked at posts and concluded that almost 70% of players don't like the new weapon system. OH no way man.
Edit: Men lie, women lie, numbers don't
Edit: Trending Alert. Mad respect to the commenters, supporters, and non-supporters alike

Bump, D2 home of the ultra bullet sponge enemies! Sad day for Destiny fans.

-
Yea I don't like that I can have an auto rifle as my special

BUMPING THIS
-
Always bump, but they won't
-
I don't know why they didn't take the opportunity to use the new system in PvP and the old system in PVE then bam the game is 100% better.
-
Their new vision and direction is a done deal...good, bad, or otherwise. I've played D1 from day 1 and am primarily PVE, so I hate it also. Unfortunately, it's out of my control. I got my mad on and let it go. I'm just looking forward to playing something new now. Good luck with that.

43 Respuestasimagine trying to get the black spindle secret mission or any raid without specials... just another decision with pvp in mind that will negatively affect pve
-
1 RespuestaCan't see how anybody outside of PvP can enjoy the new weapon system. It's going to ruin PvE. Sure, some will disagree but this new system will create even worse bullet-sponge enemies
-
Bump. Two primaries is pointless.
-
1 RespuestaBump. Went into the Beta with an open mind but i just do not need a second Primary slot. Primary weapons are versatile by design and can be used outside of their optimal range mostly. The only reason i'm switching between energy and Kinetic weapons is because one ran out of ammo.
-
20 RespuestasWhat I see is 70% of people relied on Shotguns/Grenades/Supers too much and have no gun skill so they complain when they can't get a kill or get team shotted. Sounds about right hahah
-
2 RespuestasI dread to think how Raids are going to work when we're using two primaries..... I think the mini-Atheon in the strike just reinforced the idea of bullet-sponge bosses.

Editado por moobz: 7/27/2017 9:24:38 AMI'm not a big fan of it, i agree with you. I get the whole shotgun and sniper rifle move to the heavy slot, but with the rarity of the ammo for it i cant justify why have it equipped at all, waste of a slot, waste of time. The whole sidearm in the kinetic slot, why? How can anyone validate the position of the the sidearm in the primary weapon slot? it is crap at best and you wouldn't even be able to take down someone who would use, say an auto rifle or pulse rifle against you. The appalling weapon balancing and whinny cries from everyone who couldn't use snipers and shotguns in Y1 has resulted to this. I get how Bungie is trying to push more for a primary weapons based gameplay but moving weapons from special to heavy or special to primary slot, and even taking special ammo away on death in D1, was sloppy and cheap. They have pretty much fed the crybabies once again! Asking for changes now however is too late! the game is just over a month away from release and asking them to change the core of the new weapon system now is just an impossible task, considering the amount of analysis, preparation and implementation that would be required. Very disappointing i'm afraid.

1 RespuestaBump. I don't want play Destiny Paint Ball.
-
I would honestly buy the game for sure if the load out reverted back to primary, special and heavy.
-
Good luck. You'll need it.
-
Given that this is a PVE game, we should enjoy playing it.... Who can genuinely say that having another primary instead of a sniper/fusion/shotgun makes the game more fun?....
-
Big shocker that someone with 10,000 shotgun kills doesn't wanna give his crutch weapons up. 😯

4 RespuestasI am a PVE player , i cut Bungie too many slack in past 3 years just because they catered PVP players more. However this is it for me , i have no desire to support Bungie if they continue with this weapon change which removes the fun aspect of Destiny out of the game. If the weapon system is not switched back to old layout , i will not BUY Destiny and all my clan members are in the same shoes. If Bungie wants to turn this game into a PVP game , fine for me , no more money from our side.

5 RespuestasBump, imagine playing Atheon with this garbage weapon system. The engagement is medium to longish range. Would SMG work? Would these auto rifles work? Snipers (the copperhead not the linear fusion, which is trash) would do damage but not even close to enough, and you only get 12 shots... the whole raid.

3 RespuestasI don't necessarily hate it -- having two primaries isn't horrible in PvP. Now, if these primaries were somewhat decent at least at killing things, it would be a lot better. PvE it sucks, though. The strike boss took forever. Imagine raids or nightfalls. In the opening mission, it was taking a full mag to take out most enemies. Imagine that in raids or nightfalls. PvE sucks now. Bungie managed to nerf it again.
