With the crucible being 4v4 and the ttk being slower teamwork gives you a big advantage, especially teamshots. I've solo queued 90% of my D2 crucible matches and it seems like I'm always put against fireteams of 3 or 4 players. They have communication which gives them an upperhand on every match.
And I'm stuck here in my team where everyone 90% of the time goes separates ways and has no coordinance, you know why? No communication.
Don't get me wrong I don't hate this or detest it but they clearly have to upperhand.
My suggestion is that they either make it so:
You get paired with the same number of fireteam players on both sides.
What I mean is if you have a fireteam of 3 players and 1 solo queue on Alpha Team it should be the same for Bravo Team. A good example of this would be Overwatch competitive matchmaking.
Or
You only pair solo queue players with other solo queue players and fireteam with other fireteams.
Separating solo queue players from playing against fireteam.
Also one more thing instead of making this a forced rule because I know a few people may disagree with I recommend a matchmaking option instead of forcing it on everyone.
What do you guys think? Do you agree or disagree? Let's have a civilised discussion fellow guardians.
Edit 6: I seem to not be able to see my post so here it goes again. I'm sorry if this appear twice for certain people but better 2x than not even here right?
Edit 7: 217 likes? My momma would be proud lol
Edit 8: Hey Bungie where you at?
Edit 9: 600+ replies!? Thanks for feedback peeps.

3 RespuestasHopefully they'll make a freelance playlist again.
-
1 RespuestaHow could you tell you were facing fire teams? Once I entered match making I couldn't access my rosta to see who I was facing.
-
1 RespuestaLone Wolf was good and seemed to work. I dont remember if it was before skill based matches or not.
-
1 RespuestaOr they could, ya know...adapt to it up or don't play 🤷♂️ JS. If the rest of the people have to deal with the waterdown snore fest that was D2 PvP then the crying solos can sack up or ship out. As a mostly solo player since Summer 2014 I have no pity for the 😭
-
1 RespuestaHopefully they will have the same functionality that D1 has where it shows who's in your lobby and who's in a fire team so we can manage our lobbies accordingly.
-
Quickplay=Singles and doubles only. Competitive=Anything goes. Fireworks, laughter, cheers, tears of happiness, heart felt hugs.
-
1 RespuestaBlizzard does it...occasionally, I mean yeah I'll have a match with a 6 stack and we are three 2 stacks. It doesn't matter much for Control, but that Countdown mode? Oh yes it does. Though the only reason I don't get on mic often is that when I do try to talk to my team, it's often screaming kids, someone is blaring static or music in the mic, someone tells me to shut up because they think they're funny, or no one's in there anyway. Sometimes I'll wait a minute before talking to see how the guy on mic goes. Which goes from being pissed off about no one in mic to no one working together or him getting pissed he keeps dying.
-
Yeah i agree, though you have to remember it was still beta so they may fix this when they release the full game.

1 RespuestaEditado por jlboozer: 7/25/2017 7:50:05 PMAgreed...at least have a solo playlist, rumble, or anything I don't need an entire team just to test out a weapon. I'm all for sweaty games, but sometimes I just want to play solo.
-
5 RespuestasOr use that mic shipped with your console and stop crying...
-
1 RespuestaI like this idea, but not gonna happen.
-
1 RespuestaOr redesign the sheep herd simulation.
-
1 RespuestaThis supports the OP's point http://planetdestiny.com/beta-concluding-thoughts/
-
Gotta love that teamshotting then having that hero moment which is more satisfying anyway
-
5 Respuestas+1 to OP. Especially now that teamshotting is so strong, solo against a full team is not even remotely okay.
-
9 RespuestasUs solo players need to speak with our actions, leave every game when facing full fireteams in quick play.. Those assholes cried for a competitive mode yet they only want to play against random solo players, proves that this community doesn't want comp, they want easy public stomping.
-
I played with three randos and we dominated other groups, still think the entire experience was great.
-
15 RespuestasGo make some friends and play with them and you won't have any problems. Or shut up git gud and grow some thumbs
-
3 Respuestaswont happen it was requested year one of destiny one, they are not going to dilute the playerpool, Im a soloist myself Ill try my best to adapt but if it proves too frustrating Ill give pvp a miss, I game to relax not sweat thats what the gym and bedroom are for.
-
Editado por Gunphonics: 7/25/2017 1:28:29 AMHonestly for someone that loves the new pvp I play solo a lot so I completely agree with this.
-
They'll probably bring that no party modifier back eventually
-
1 RespuestaMeh, I don't really think it's that much of an issue. If it matters that much and you really want to win, create a fireteam to give yourself said advantage. If you like playing solo so much, hopefully there's a rumble type playlist for you.
-
I'm not a fan of PVP, but I have to say it's meant to be played with a group, if you want to solo then do PVE (yes I know in the beta is crap, but you get the idea).
-
I really don't like the 4v4 approach. I wouldn't mind 4v4 trials, but 6v6 was just fine. I meant hell we never get supers anyway. Maybe with more people to shoot I might get my super before September...
-
5 RespuestasDo we care of crucible matching? It's like casual on CSGO, noone noticed you joined, noone cares if you left somone else already took your place. What matters is real pvp, on d1 real pvp was team vs team. How this crap thread was upvoted again?
