Is it just me or does anyone agree with the warlock double jump being too slow? Especially when u want to freefall, it won't let you, it slowly let's u down. I did more often because of that feature
-
It's not supposed to be fast. I believe that it is working as it should.
-
Floofing ain't easy 🙌 ☀️
-
1 RespuestaIf you want to free fall, just stop gliding.
-
It's painfully slow. It didn't need a need, let alone a huge one like this. They removed Titan skating but strafe jump still feels relatively the same. Glide was never a problem so I don't understand why they had to add a parachute to it.

1 RespuestaFloofing takes practice!

In PvP the void Warlock is a total boss. Get up in their faces with an SMG and get them Vortex grenades and melees going and the subclass is a treat. (Keep that purple-Nergal-camper-eater in reserve for those cheeky corner shots and the Vanguard fusion). A treat which is topped off by the silky smooth Blink ability (who needs radar anyway) and you become a blinking purple monster!!!
-
There's a perk that will let you double tap circle and immediately descend to the ground, also refilling your ammo in the process.
-
At least you guys still get blink....(Hunter here).

2 RespuestasI always used focussed burst for my lock. Firing up the beta and trying out the movement was total shit. So slow.
-
Burst is awful. I miss that sprinting double jump into a powered descent. Gave you escapability and a diving tank feel.
-
I like flying. idk lol
-
-
1 RespuestaSame. You're entirely exposed, just floating around with a target on your face..there needs to be a heavier gravity on the descent
-
Year 1 moments of triumph?
-
Warlocks don't have a double jump? lol
-
never had the double jump...we got the glide, the best jump in the game
-
Warlock double jump?!? Um the warlock has a glide or a blink in D2 and D1. The class does not and has never had a double jump.
-
I'm not a fan of the slow descent. But whatever, I'll use whatever bungie throws at me to my advantage.

Editado por Dominator of Oats: 7/23/2017 3:55:00 PMFor the dawn blade, getting in air kills is awesome and a float is essential for that. If you never used angel of light in the past, I can see why it's frustrating. Personally, I prefer running blink on void walker when I switch just cause it's fast and the void walker doesn't really benefit too much from floating in the air. Sort of helps with landing grenades but blink feels so good that I just run that and get about the same performance. The new subclasses feel really distinct. I can see people maining a subclass, forget about just a class, more readily. I think the other thing we will see is people who like to play all three maining a particular subclass just cause it feels the best to them. I think that's actually pretty cool. With the ways, and the third element also eventually, that's 18 play styles if you think about it. I like it.

Didn't know warlocks had hunter jumps
-
1 RespuestaHave you tried Destiny 1 Warlock glide without focused burst? This is actually a significant improvement.
-
Blink has always been the better option
-
The jump is different but I like it.

2 RespuestasEditado por Swiftlock: 7/22/2017 5:11:41 PMThe movement in Destiny 2 just feels off as a whole. It feels like someone decided to cover the floors in glue and lower gravity a bit.
