Always either Frank's Redhot or Texas Pete on wings. If I'm just using hot sauce as a condiment, then Texas Pete. If I'm eating Mexican food, then Cholula.

4 RespuestasHave a selection of home made ones. Depends what I feel like but its either my jalapeno/vinegar mix or the ghost pepper one if I'm feeling up to it. Also have a nice oil sometimes use for cooking or barbecues thats just a bunch of whole rando chillies sitting in oil. It kinda spices the oil just a bit.

PSA: A good hot sauce will list a pepper as its first (heaviest) ingredient. Not sugar. Not vinegar. Always check this before buying or using a hot sauce. That said, my favorite pepper is Scotch Bonnet. Similar to the habanero but fruitier. I'm generally not a fan of the jalapeño.

5 RespuestasDoes sriracha count? If not, probably either regular old Tabasco or Louisiana.

1 RespuestaScotch Bonnet, best heat/flavor ratio imo. Took a bite into a freshly picked Carolina reaper and although I do like the fear of death coursing through my veins, I'm not a fan of hallucinating and going temporarily blind.

1 RespuestaI like spicy food but I'm not into eating things so hot it hurts. I don't like to have my food inflict pain on me. I like the heat but also wanna taste what I'm eating and not have liquid lava diarrhea burning me from the inside out...
