This is not a good thing. Bungie please consider the data and player opinions . It is my opinion that these cooldowns could be reduced a nudge or two. I played Countdown, had a 6.0 k/d and set charges and revived my teammates . I did not get my Super EVER for 6 rounds??? C'mon man.
It's obvious you will listen to Datto , so check out his video for some feedback too..

3 RespuestasIt's nothing like halo. In halo you had grenades.

3 Respuestasgit gud

3 Respuestas"Destiny2 with slow cooldowns = I'm playing Halo" Good, I might actually buy this game then.

6 RespuestasEditado por blade329: 7/19/2017 10:34:52 PMTwo things: 1. Halo. Jeez, talk about a step (leap) backwards. I'll bet for Destiny 3 they will go with the original Doom model from 1995. lol. 2. If you have a 6.0 k/d, then what the heck are you worried about a Super for? Sounds like you didn't even need it. lol

True 343 made this game i hate it.

3 RespuestasWell, now Playstation players can't complain they don't have Halo now ;) they have an RPG looter shooter version of Halo now
-
10 RespuestasIf you dont play halo 5 dont diss it because its 60fps Spartan charge (shoulder charge) are on no cooldown grenades are all the floor and everything is balanced. The only thing wrong with halo is download size 98gb
-
2 RespuestasHey no halo is way better. You can always have ammo. Pick up power weapons from dude you killed. Also you pick up nades as well. If it was halo you would have more fun. But seeing how I didn't preorder and don't plan to play in beta don't listen to me. Figured I would wait and see how beta was and look into the game since D1 had done nothing but get worse I didn't expect much from 2. Plus the pvp sounded lame as shit. And they took the easy way out again so yeah

2 RespuestasBUNGIE started declining after they left halo
-
2 RespuestasIt also isn't just pvp. The PVE is like okay what do I have to throw at this guy.....Nothing right so primary one or primary 2 it is then. Some time passes okay what do I have to throw at this guy....Nothing okay primary it is then. Is this a game we will play much?
-
2 RespuestasNot true: In Halo you had grenades that spawned at a more than decent rate and two-hit melee kills. You don't even have that anymore in D2 if that's what this beta is hinting at. Not even close to Halo. I don't even know what this game wants to be anymore.
-
They'll consider the opinions, of the pvp players who like the changes and don't even care about PVE, and the data of how many people played and for how long they played PVP. The fact alone that there are 2 pvp maps but only 1 strike because we can't even replay the first mission, is evidence that this is a pvp test for a pvp game. Yeah I'm sure tonight Deej will say PVE still needed changes and whatnot, but honestly after the last 3 years I just can't see them actually care for PVE anymore, and the beta only fortified that opinion.

2 RespuestasIt's to prevent ability spamming
-
1 Respuestaguys for real.... you have no real gear in the beta so it's kind of obvious why the cooldowns are so long.
-
Agree 100%. I was running a warlock and had barely 2 grenades and no super the entire match despite high kills and captures.
-
6 RespuestasFeel like playing Halo? You're saying Bungie is going back to the roots? :)
-
1 RespuestaIf anyone paid attention to the gameplays before the beta... There are armor perks that recharge super faster and abilities faster.. Bungie removed those perks from the beta but will be added to the actual game on release.
-
3 RespuestasIf you had a 6 k/d and you didn't lose a round, why do you need super?
-
1 Respuestathere is no kd in pvp now. its effectiveness i think.
-
I wouldn't say you had a 6.0 k/d. Due to the new assit counts as a kill, it's called efficiency. It will now be hard to tell what a good efficiency is unless the bring in k/d. It seems you only get super energy from kills and assist. Or from captures or plants or defuse or revives. That's something that should be considered. I'd rather the efficiency to go away and bring back k/d and assists. Also keep in mind our gear doesn't have any revives gain super energy or grenade kills or so on. As super charge rate may not need to be increased when the actual game comes out. But as far as the beta goes, an increase seems needed.

5 RespuestasHalo doesn't have super weak melee though or focus on teamshots. I wish it felt like halo right now

I figured maybe with out the gear to reduce cool downs might have been the reason for it. It seemed like ever time I wanted to throw a grenade I was still waiting on cool down. I thought to myself "Jesus, still waiting for a grenade!?"

4 RespuestasKids wanted competitive matches. Well, that involves actions that will never be considered competitive, hence the slow cooldown on supers. Essentially, you can't have your cake and eat it to. If anyone desires low cooldowns on super abilities, play Overwatch. Problem solved.
-
Elimination has turned into a super fest during final round. Everyone's finally got one.
-
I'm sorry, going off your title, it sounds Halo is a better game.
