So thanks to everyone for already stating what need to be said. I agree with most of it. I've played the strike 6 times with all 6 subclasses and yes the recharge rates are pretty slow, the supers seem to have cool animations but are underwhelming, and all the legendary weapons we've been using make me already miss my "stuff" from D1. And on that note about stuff... why does Cayde get to still have his Ace of Spades when he clearly said all of his stuff was gone? And why the hell does Shaxx get to have his f%~*^€g raze lighter? Just all up on his back not doing anything useful except slapping all of us in the face because we can't use it anymore (I know there are new swords coming but they will most likely be in the power ammo slot and well so much for having a sniper going at the same time) It's being said " It's a new game..." but it really isn't is it? Same guardians from D1 and a new storyline from after ROI right? Then why are the supers different? Why are the jumps and character movement different? Why are the weapons and how they are used different? So I am trying hard to have or keep an open mind, I want this game to be awesome (could argue need it to be) and I want to to succeed, but ladies and gents it just doesn't seem fun. Now I know what we've been given is hopefully just a small glimpse of the full game and hopefully all the good stuff is coming. Also want to add being shot around/ through walls is still a thing, melee trading is still a thing, warlock and hunter melee's are still better than titans, being removed from your menu while in your menu is still a thing. And (bare with me, almost finished) why do warlocks get a twilight animation and not the titans? And why is there a shoulder charge cool down? And I think the warlock ship is pretty ugly. I will say it was nice if them to include a PS4 pro patch with the beta and the game looks really really good. Hope everyone has a good day.

  • I'll give them a pass on the super being different. We were just getting a feel for the new stuff. My bet is we keep the existing subclass skills until Gary boots us off his ship. For me the only guns that felt like they had any use were the hand cannons and the grenade launcher. The elemental scout rifle was ok. The Titan MG and the warlock SMG were both weak exotics. I felt like I was playing destiny but at the same time it felt too floaty. The fluid gameplay wasn't there for me. For all the complaints about D1 the gameplay was solid.

  • Your experience with the guns as it relates to pve or pvp? Or both? In pvp I felt like the hand cannons were ok, but was dead or had to run away to reload. I didn't notice if there was a weapon reloader perk on the gauntlets, don't think there was. The star of the show was the fusion rifle for sure, don't like having to fight my own team for ammo though. Thought auto rifles in pve were good, the solar one I started out with on the Titan (forgot the name) was good, as well as a void omolon full auto pulse that was good.

  • I didn't delve into PvP. I wanted to get a feel for all classes and had to be up early for work this morning so I logged off before trying it. I may be biased on the hand cannons though.
