Well, maybe I shouldn't have used them as an example since that strike is the absolute minimum in my opinion. Counting these is not really possible though and very subjective. The add phases were a lot more defined and challenging in Shield Brothers for example. What I would like for a strike boss is to have mechanics like Aksis or the Ogre in King's Fall, just less punishing. Something you actually have to learn and utilize during the fight.
Btw: The raid should be a lot more complex than what we had in D1.

Yeah but do we want defined add phases rather than it flowing, i didnt mind the strike it was more or less the same as D1 strikes just bigger and had changing final arena which was a nice touch. I do agree it needs something more to the mechanics but strikes arent really end game they're used more for just boosting gear and levels between story and raid so i dont want to repetatively be trying to figure out mechanics with 2 randoms just to get a better bit of legendary gear that will eventually be replaced by raid or PvP gear. Think the only one thats been close to it is the harpy strike on venus with the orb and rotating shield that everyone leaves as soon as they spawn in because it takes too long for them :') Raids i think will change drastically and for the worse because of the new gun system, think you'll see heavy bullet sponges with lots of adds. So you'll end up with 2 people clear adds, 2 people constant DPS the boss and 2 people do a mechanic that does extra damage or something :/
