My shirt came off in my sleep. HELP! (Update)
Im so confused rn. I always sleep with a shirt on because my back gets itchy. Anyway, when i woke up this morning i checked my phone as usual and then i realized wait a minute, where tf is my shirt. So i look around and find it beside me in bed.
Being a fairly light sleeper, idk how the shirt would have came off without me waking up. Did i think it was a blanket? Did i take it off before bed and just forget? Was some extra terrestrial being involved?
Please help me solve the mystery off-topic, you're my only hope.

Also 3 sp00ky 5 me. Also just remembered that this has happened to me once before.
Update: Just woke up again and my shirt is still on. I guess Shrek had his fun the first time.

If I go to sleep with pants on, I wake up without them. I just kick them off in my sleep. Honestly you probably half woke up or "sleep walked" and took it off.
