Locks had Blink first, and the Voidwalker class still exists, Bladedancers don't. Look at it this way, your Hunter will get to make money on his/her time off with all the Pole Dancing training they are going to get.
I don't think Bungie hates Hunters, they just don't like Hunters.........Like...everyone.

Neither had Blink first. Both subclasses have always had it.

According to the lore Hunters learned blink from the Warlocks. So lore wise Warlocks had it first, game wise you are correct.

Lore does not dictate gameplay. We'd be playing a much different game if it did.
