It does, which is why my opinion on Destiny 2 has been rather lukewarm ever since the Destiny Reveal Event. Having said that, I do recognise that I need to play Destiny 2 for myself before I can condemn or applaud Bungie for their proposed changes. The things that I'm interested in particular are all linked to Patrol mode and that's a portion of the game that Bungie haven't shown at the reveal or at E3. I'm hoping we'll get a chance to sample some of these changes in the Beta but Deej has hinted that the Destiny 2 Beta will be a lot smaller in scope ( less stuff to do ) than 2014's Destiny Beta.

The fact that they are so gun shy about showing any of the "new" parts, but love talking about how much they will change the game. If it was really that great, you would think they would want to show at least part of one of them... I have a feeling the beta is just going to the the inverted spire, homecoming, and that same crucible match.

That's my big fear as well. According to Deej and Jon Weisnewski, there won't even be engrams or loot in the Beta. Bungie are very reluctant to show off their brand new game and that makes me very, very worried.
