Seriously.
I've never been. I will never go.
And you know what ?. That's okay. That's cool.
I don't deserve to go.
I'm rubbish at PvP (for several reasons) but Trials was intended as a test. It was designed to separate the men from the boys. It was designed to separate the skilled from the not so skilled.
If I was carried to the lighthouse how could I possibly be proud about it ?. Sure I'd have achieved something in terms of end game play but that "achievement" isn't really mine. It's the achievement of the guardians who hauled my sorry arse there!. They did it, not me.
I know my limitations.
If you want to be carried that's up to you but no, it's not for me.
Good luck to anyone who plays trials this weekend!

It was designed to separate the skilled from the not so skilled? In what? Ddosing and lag switching? Way to much proof out there that people make a business out of doing that to legit players who actually do the work and make it. Props to those who put up with that nonsense on a weekly basis. Will never be me. I have a gripe with PvP in general as to the state it's become. Can't enter trials matches hoping I don't get kicked or run into red bar teleport warriors.

5 RespuestasActually, it was designed to separate the men from the sweaty no life little kids who think icebreaker, eyasluna, palindrome, and wormwood are the only guns in the game

3 Respuestas"Carried" I always thought that word didn't mean much to me personally. There's games where I get carried and others where I carry them. It's a team effort and everyone does something and is a part of the win. I've "carried" a few people before. Not once did I think they were useless meat shields. They did their best and had rounds and games where they were the reason for the win. I've was part of "stack teams" on numerous occasions but the most fun I've had was playing with people who didn't really do trials much. My favorite moment in trials to this day is when we were on our lighthouse game 4-4 and me and my friend died to a bladedancer at the end, we both thought we immediately lost and I heard this shriek and a titan smash came up and she got the last kill to our flawless run lol. Oh and my other favorite is my "flawless Trials of the Hilt" run. I got hate mail for killing people with a sword hilt lol. Anyways, kind of silly sentiment for you to refuse to get "carried" because you think you suck and don't deserve to go. But then again I absolutely refuse to use sticky grenades because I think they're cheap bullshit sooo I guess I understand you lol
-
Guess we both in the same boat. Trials is kind of a thing I don't care about though I will admit I was carried twice which was nice but now I don't care I'll just keep having fun and dying and laughing at it all.

Uh but its so warm, instant tan which is amazing

Editado por Ad0Nut1: 6/30/2017 10:35:33 PMMy problem with Trials at the moment is there is barely any gun skill. Stickies, twilight Garrison and the occasional side arm and Ice breaker meta!

However I'm thankful for the carry I received because my adept blind perdition, and stellar vestige are monsters! And y'all guardians better be careful when I actually get special ammo 😈 Edit: -blam!- the light house part 2.... Dude do the shax weapon bounties! You can get light house weapons from doing those easy weapon crucible bounties 👍🔥

3 RespuestasNo man that's not it at all, I've been flawless 4 times. That's 4 times more then I ever thought I would go and that took hard work and determination and a good team. But trials isn't a test, go on LFG... actually if you go ANYWHERE, trials is now just a cash grab for anyone who is above average. Some people like me are satisfied with our work, but some people get hungry and want more. Trials streamers? Perfect example. They know they are better then you and me so they show the whole world and literally carry people to show it off, yet there are people worse then that. People who charge you your hard earned money to go flawless so that way you have to pay. Just. no. The people who pay for these are the worse kind of video game player I know, people who would pay for a game to play it and then pay someone else to play it for them as they sit back and get rewards. They disgust me and shouldn't even be aloud to be called gamers. Not only that but trials doesn't take skill anymore. Ability spam, universal and a limited player base ruined that a while ago. I say those things as 3 examples, not just those 3 as particular problems. 1. Special ammo not re-spawning limits the amount of guns people can use since trials is so fast paced. 2. Ability spam is everywhere in the crucible, no need to say more, and 3. Limited people who actually play trials and are successful. Everyone wants to go flawless, but only that 2% ( not a real number just an example ) actually go because they are the only ones who can work with this crap. Part of the reason why this games community is SO -blam!-ING SMALL NOW. But point being, trials doesn't take skill anymore. But don't whine because I hate to tell you this but no one cares. The more you complain the more ads you will have pop up in front of you ( if you know what I mean ) so I'm completely serious when I say this, don't complain because it shouldn't matter. The trials community is the worst community I have ever been apart of next to the for honor community. So I wish you good luck sir if you ever try again but don't feel like you have to. -Your friendly neighborhood weeb.
i know that is like the worst typed paragraphs I've ever written but just go with it, i was in a rush
I'm above average in crucible, but I have no desire to go to the lighthouse or play trials save for shaders and grimoire, and neither are enough to convince me to play it

16 RespuestasAlthough native to the Mediterranean region with other cabbage species, Brussels sprouts first appeared in northern Europe during the fifth century, later being cultivated in the thirteenth century near Brussels from which they derived their name.[1][2] In common names and misspelling, they may also be called brussels sprouts, Brussel sprouts, or brussel sprouts.[2][3] Forerunners to modern Brussels sprouts were likely cultivated in Ancient Rome. Brussels sprouts as they are now known were grown possibly as early as the 13th century in what is now Belgium. The first written reference dates to 1587. During the 16th century, they enjoyed a popularity in the Southern Netherlands that eventually spread throughout the cooler parts of Northern Europe. Brussels sprouts grow in temperature ranges of 7–24 °C (45–75 °F), with highest yields at 15–18 °C (59–64 °F).[2] Fields are ready for harvest 90 to 180 days after planting. The edible sprouts grow like buds in helical patterns along the side of long, thick stalks of about 60 to 120 cm (24 to 47 in) in height, maturing over several weeks from the lower to the upper part of the stalk. Sprouts may be picked by hand into baskets, in which case several harvests are made of five to 15 sprouts at a time, or by cutting the entire stalk at once for processing, or by mechanical harvester, depending on variety. Each stalk can produce 1.1 to 1.4 kg (2.4 to 3.1 lb), although the commercial yield is about 900 g (2.0 lb) per stalk.[2] Harvest season in temperate zones of the northern latitudes is September to March, making Brussels sprout a traditional winter stock vegetable. In the home garden, harvest can be delayed as quality does not suffer from freezing. Sprouts are considered to be sweetest after a frost.[4] Brussels sprouts are a cultivar group of the same species as cabbage, in the same family as collard greens, broccoli, kale, and kohlrabi; they are cruciferous (they belong to the Brassicaceae family; old name Cruciferae). Many cultivars are available, some being purple in color, such as 'Ruby Crunch' or 'Red Bull'.[5] Europe Edit In Continental Europe, the largest producers are the Netherlands, at 82,000 metric tons, and Germany, at 10,000 tons. The United Kingdom has production comparable to that of the Netherlands, but it is not generally exported.[6][clarification needed]

5 RespuestasA nice little pandering comment to get attention and likes. I hate these comments that are specifically made to please and boost the egos of some players. The commenter is belittling himself and saying he is not worthy to inflate the egos and give a false sense of superiority to some trials players so he can get attention and praise. Down right pathetic. While he's on his knees bowing down to other players he might as well give them a.......... Ah, never mind.

7 RespuestasGame mode sucks anyway. It's full of laggers and cheats. Wasn't always this way.
seperate the men from the boys
Lol it DEFINITELY doesn't do that But that's good man it's really not a big deal

5 RespuestasDon't deserve to go? Nah. Thats not how it works. It's a video game, not something you need to be 'proud' of. Get a carry. Most of the people you'll go up against have a trillion flawlesses already and just have nothing better to do. When there were more people playing, a carry looked bad but right now anyone who has a problem with it is just a human saltshaker. You bought the game to have fun. Get a carry and go to the lighthouse. I promise it won't haunt you for any extended period of time.

I went first card ever, second week it was out. Got my Arc Messenger and bounced.

27 RespuestasEditado por Hells Assailent: 6/29/2017 3:58:11 PMEveryone deserves to go to the lighthouse in my opinion. Also contrary to most beliefs nobody is ever truly carried to the lighthouse. You are always helping even if you're dead 90% of the time for you can still do call outs that will help the team win.

1 RespuestaBut at the lighthouse there is an arcade machine that lets you play Dead Ops.....

PSA It is not healthy guardians to get ToO stressed when playing Destiny :)

Yeah I know people who have been 'carried' and talk or boast about it like they achieved it on there own lol it's funny actually.
-
no it wasn't? It was tested to seperate the hackers from the men and make the kids rage while giving the 3 "winners" a nice trip to loot that may or may not be garbage that year.
