That's true to an extent....but it's pretty clear that Republicans treat facts as opinions much more than Democrats.

Obviously both sides participate in claiming opinions are facts and facts are opinions....but you have to take into consideration the number of times each political side engages in this activity and the magnitude of their statements.......................Implying that both sides are equally responsible when one side clearly engages in treating facts as opinions (Republicans) much more than other (Democrats), is plain ridiculous.

They both have to fix themselves. You saying my point is ridiculous is exactly what's wrong with people trying to just have a discussion. People say things like that which just trigger people's brains to get fired up, usually leading to conflict when it should be friendly discussion.

Yes, that's correct - when I make statements like the one I did, it does make certain people mad... But your statement implying that both sides are equally at fault [i]is[/i] ridiculous because the magnitude and the frequency of statements pertaining to treating facts as opinions by politicians on both sides need be to taken into account when making a statement like the one you made.

The thing is, what you say is indeed opinion. Some people believe certain problems to be more important than others so to say the magnitude of one party's misinformation is greater than another's is pure opinion.

That doesn't make sense....Republicans are in the spotlight because of their actions. They're the ones making all the facts=opinion claims....No one is forcing them.

Here's what the left says about the wage gap: Women make approx. 80cents on the dollar compared to men. When comparing the same jobs, women make 92cents on the dollar. Those aren't lies...

The lies the left do tell are when they say it's 75 cents or whatever. I know as a fact the difference shortens to the point of insignificance when certain factors are put into account.

I can pull ten examples from the Republican's side (politicians) within the past few years: -lying about climate change -lying about crime rates -lying about unemployment rates -lying about the number of jobs produced -lying about health care -lying about job growth -lying about health care -lying about LGBTQ -lying about economy doing better under Republicans -lying about tax cuts -lying about the muslim ban -lying about Obama being foreign born I would have to continue this list to a 1000 when considering Trump. In just his last campaign rally speech: -lying about the number of jobs produced/saved -lying about investment into America from the Saudis -lying about laws that are already in place -contradicting everything he said during his campaign run

I was just trying to defend the statement I said about anyone who believes that is a far left with terrible bias, which gets rid of you trying to call me far right with bias when I'm not even conservative at all.
