The Witcher 3, so many problems.
I have been trying to play this game since last Friday and every time I install it which takes about 4 hours, there is a new problem. So at first the game would open and freeze when I tried to make a new save, then after installing it again I was able to play the tutorial and then the game would freeze every time on the cutscene. Now I have installed it a third time and my playstation turns itself off when I start it... Any advice would be helpful, I bought it from the Playstation store

5 RespuestasSounds like an issue with your system, not the game. My friend had an issue where his PS4 would shut itself off at times. Try cleaning the front (where the power button is) just in case, and perhaps cleaning dust from the fans and such to help it run games without freezing/crashing. You might just need a new one pretty soon.

It might be your ps4 as others have mentioned, but more than likely you're downloading it during times your internet is in heavy use which may lead to download interruption which can lead to corrupted files. Witcher is a large game to download, I would suggest restarting the download before you go to bed and have it download over night when your bandwidth is the least stressed. Give that a go before dealing with customer service lol. Hope it helps.

1 RespuestaDo you have free space? Usually when a hard disk is almost full the console gets slow. Does any of this happen with other games? Maybe the hard disk is having issues and need to be changed. Most problems with digital games is with the hard disk.

1 RespuestaCheck if you are completely downloading it. Sometimes PS4 will let you start up a game without actually completing the download. Also check if your storage is not full.
