Selective balancing is across all platforms. http://www.pcgamer.com/destiny-2s-luke-smith-on-pc-features-pvp-new-subclasses-and-more/2/ A lot of YouTubers speak mostly of their own opinions and of speculation. Maybe this, maybe that. Most of the time they're just trying to put something out there to get buzz and attention for their channel.
