It's funny how you don't share to whole storey. You didn't mention the fact that they can tune individual weapons now instead of entire weapon classes.
With the new weapons system it shouldn't be that many issues anyway.

Oh shit, Hard Girl Harden Up is all over the place on over here! Watch out!!!! Hey Hard Girl Harden Up... you ask anyone else out on a date in this thread? Cause I'm the jealous type baby!!!
-
Are you stalking me now? Did my Full Metal Jacket joke hurt your feeling that much? I guess I should say I'm sorry but really I don't care. Have your mom heat up your milk before bed you'll sleep better.
-
Hard Girl Harden Up, don't be that way! You need to Harden the f up girl!
-
Wow no wonder Texas gets a bad name.
-
Harden the f up girl!
-
Not gonna pollute this thread with your stupidity. So you can add your reply and I'll move on. I'm sure you'll sound like a babbling idiot.
-
Awww c'mon! What happened to that tough guy promising to take me out for beers and promising to harden me up?
-
You are really upset over Luke Smith aren't you. Sad sad man. You've been crying over this interview for hours.
-
My concern with that is now they can specifically target specific weapons for nerfs. And because of that alone things are going to be nerfed faster and more often. But I'll have to wait and see
-
Editado por Bung1eIsLame4sho: 6/15/2017 9:37:01 PMThat's completely irrelevant; Like I told Sols and RWG, it doesn't matter that they can tune more or specifically because it will effect PvE too. That is the whole story.
-
Please tell me on more time what PvE event became unplayable or unbeatable after a weapon balance? It doesn't matter what loadout we use in PvE it's easy.
-
More irrelevance from you? Come on make a point that matters
-
PvE being dumbed down to where it doesn't matter what I equip doesn't matter?
-
Editado por zNapSack: 6/16/2017 4:54:08 AMI wouldn't say PvE in D2 is being "dumbed down". According to Bungie, enemies, especially bosses, will take more damage and the mechanics will be more complex in some cases, for example the Raid.
-
You have nothing of any substance to offer apparently, I'm disappointed.
-
Usually we may be able to have a better conversation but the ridiculous amount of Bungie hate this week and the self entitlement is just sickening.
-
Facts are not hate bud, you just hate that they are facts. But I'll play along I guess; go get any hand cannon, any side arm and any machine gun and go run kings fall. When you give up, come back and tell me all about how PvE is so dumbed down that it doesn't matter what you use. Ok?
-
"Bud" we ran a 320 strike using only the original Khavostov when 320 was max light. It took a while but we did it. Your loadout suggestion would make kingsfall take longer but it would be beatable. You were actually talking about weapons being nerfed across the board not restricting use. So I could easily equip any nerfed primary/sniper/heavy weapon type and complete any PvE challenge without much problem. PvP balance never restricted any weapon type.
-
Then go prove me wrong. Don't worry, I'll wait.
-
I'll do that as soon as you answer my question about the nerfs.... Which PvE event became impossible to beat or took more than a few minutes longer after balance patches?
-
Its not about difficulty and never was, its always been about tampering with power progression because of another game mode. Weapons and abilities should not be watered down because PvP kids can't handle dying.
-
I never said they should. Wasn't my point at all.
-
Then what the hell is your point? This is what everyone here is discussing, where did we lose you? I'll swing back and pick you up, I promise.
-
Your discussion is about PvE and PvP being tuned differently. If Surros could have been singled out not all autos would have been nerfed. If nerwins could have been singled out not all pulses of that archtype would have been nerfed. It applies to all weapons. There were only a few guns with certain perks in pvp that were sought after but other guns in the same archtype would have been unaffected.
-
But they would be effected in PvE when they shouldn't be, that is the whole point of separation. So PvE can feel like an unrestrained force of nature and PvP can be balanced. Everyone wins
