Does thee, New monarcy Exotic Titan mark(''spawn effect'') not working for anyone else.
[armory][/armory] not sure how to do this... but i'm not sure about the Hunter& Warlock cloak an bond, but i 100%sure about the titan mark, me &three other friends have it an it does not work. Why you break everything I love Bumgie?

It's bugged right now. If you have an Iron Lord Artifact or a normal artifact with the last perk bought, it will not work. Has not been fixed despite saying it has been.
