Don't say something is overpowered. Explain why it's overpowered.
Don't immediately judge something after one experience with it. Wait awhile and see if it grows on you.
Don't complain about people complaining. That literally accomplishes nothing and adds nothing to conversation.
See what the community is saying and be civil. If someone disagrees with you, ask them to elaborate. You might see a different perspective and change your opinion or sharpen theirs.
We want Destiny 2 to be better than D1. Let's not make the same mistakes.
Peace.
Edit: Just one small addition. As much as I'd like to say this is my post, it's really all of ours. We want Bungie to trust that we know what is best for this game and see that we truly know its ins and outs. It's obvious we care about it, hell, we downloaded the app.
Edit 2: Our post got noticed by Cozmo. Let's enter Destiny 2 with a clean slate and a handshake.

3 RespuestasXD! The responses to the OP's COMPLETELY REASONABLE request. So let me get this straight, some of you: 1. You want Bungie to create a game thats perfect in every aspect with not a single mistake. That is also a COMPLETELY different game from 1st while still being Destiny. 2. You're comparing correcting your own mistakes that may or may not affect people around you; To a multi million dollar company's mistakes that can affect hundreds of thousands to millions of people. 3. You're angry that Bungie doesn't pay attention to the forums on the their site. Despite these forums being often hostile, and devoid of any real constructive criticism when it comes to feedback. Some of y'all are so ridiculous it's actually funny. But it's also sad people like the OP get overshadowed because of sheer amount of people who are vocally well... just plain 'ol salty.

This community will ask to nerf every damn item with 3 hours. That's just how it is. Eg: Someone will ask to nerf warlock. Warlock will ask to nerf the accusers class. Both will turn on the third The third will strike out at both. Weapons favoured by classes will be next then armour will follow. Then it'll get vicious as bungie will nerf across the board. Then we'll be back at Destiny 1 meta. Side arm and side arm and side arm meta with regen ammo (destiny 2 weapon)

Im really excited for this game. Not half as much as stealthmanuk though

I Preordered it in Friday. I can't wait for the game.

1 RespuestaOn the opposite spectrum for the second one, don't ignore a possible issue, bring it to the forum to be discussed. Be civil about it and ask if someone has a fix or knows how it's supposed to work, a better way to use it, but bring it to the forum. But also, remember, we're going to be beta testing probably the early to mid game for Destiny 2. If something is going to be an issue with being underpowered or overpowered in the endgame, or unbalanced... bring that up. This game has multiple timesets to it, so if we're thinking about how to improve the game keep them all in mind. That being said, Bungie will also mostly be focusing on beta bugs, so don't expect a lot of changes, unless it's them removing things that just don't work.

4 RespuestasIn the ign interview Mark Noseworthy said the idea of the attunements is to help make some people's skill choices easier for them. However he then said that we would still be able to use the crazy skill combinations if we wanted to. Seems like you will be able to mix and match. Just in that early build you couldn't.

5 Respuestas"We want D2 to be better than D1" If it finds a way to be worse I'll be seriously impressed...
-
Yeah we don't want to hurt bungies feelings so much that they do something drastic hahaha.
-
If this doesn't STAY at the top of the Trending list until the launch of the beta, imma be mad.
-
2 RespuestasNo dedicate servers, microtransactions, not enough content (three strikes & one raid), inept shallow storytelling? Sounds realistic?
-
It's trash. As specific as I will get.

28 RespuestasGranted we haven't played it yet, but Destiny 2 doesn't look it has 'evolved' beyond Destiny 1. Mate people say if it's not broke then don't fix it. But it just seems like it's a glorified dlc, or expansion, perhaps. Personally, I was disappointed when they didn't (yet?) announce 6 player strikes or huge roaming patrol teams. I probably won't buy destiny 2, but I sure am interested to see what it is.

I love this post. Its the approach society should take on almost everything. More thinking before reacting is almost always the best way to handle a situation.

25 RespuestasOr . . . Now, hear me out . . . Ooooooooooor . . . Maybe don't try to tell people how they should and shouldn't communicate their personal opinions on a public forum purely to try to make them conform to your own personal preferences. . . . yeah . . . . . . there's always that.

1 RespuestaHere's an idea, don't say something is overpowered say something else is underpowered ;)

Warcocks are op

F THAT, I'm already complaining about how bitch crybabies ruined the game...
sarcasm
BOY YOU KNOW DAMN WELL THAT WE ARE GONNA COMPLAIN OUR ASSES OFF

When will they perform the Destiny 2 disk: bend and drop rating test? If it is anything like D1 then I better buy the digital version.

before the beta drops, Alpha will come with E3 2017 :D

8 RespuestasAlways have, always will. Funny reading comments saying bungie doesn't listen or what have you. Funny because pretty well everything I criticized and offered solutions too was worked toward in D1. D2 is only continuing that and I am left wondering what they may have missed as far as my criticisms go. In short I've gotten what I wanted, and I've always given constructive criticism. Doesn't necessarily mean anything. However I'm laughing at those experiencing the opposite.

25 Respuestas
Don't complain about people complaining.
You literally wrote a post complaining about other people complaining. Ironic?

1 RespuestaToo bad people won't care. Your post is definitely sound and logical, but this forum is not. It's much easier to just yell and complain on these forums because it gains more attention than a well thought out critical post. Those posts usually just get downvoted or only get few replies, and get buried above the 99 "Bungie SUCKS" posts. It's much easier to blame everything on Bungie for being incompetent, lazy, or whatever, than to give actual feedback on what's wrong and what to fix. It's easy to say, "Bungie is lazy because consoles don't get 60fps." than to understand why consoles can't achieve 30fps for Destiny 2, and that Bungie has had a very rocky journey with their Tiger engine optimization. But, what do I know, I'm not an engineer or a game developer, like so many others claim is easy to do.
