When the Beta launches, be specific with your criticisms.
Don't say something is overpowered. Explain why it's overpowered.
Don't immediately judge something after one experience with it. Wait awhile and see if it grows on you.
Don't complain about people complaining. That literally accomplishes nothing and adds nothing to conversation.
See what the community is saying and be civil. If someone disagrees with you, ask them to elaborate. You might see a different perspective and change your opinion or sharpen theirs.
We want Destiny 2 to be better than D1. Let's not make the same mistakes.

Edit: Just one small addition. As much as I'd like to say this is my post, it's really all of ours. We want Bungie to trust that we know what is best for this game and see that we truly know its ins and outs. It's obvious we care about it, hell, we downloaded the app.

4 RespuestasDo bayonets work? Do swords still use ammo? If so, do they have a reload animation? Does using an extended magazine perk actually show use of an extended magazine or are we supposed to assume that our character finally remembered to completely fill the ones used by said weapon? Are there more rng perks on gear, or will there be an rng mod system? Either way, how often does rng give players the middle finger? Do machine guns overheat and does the exotic gatling gun prevent overheating as an unnamed perk? Does the reload animation for sidearms have the left hand far enough back to not push an empty casing back into the chamber, jamming the pistol? As a stem from this, do fingers phase through the pump when operating a shotgun? Is there a mini-game to get these fingers unstuck? And can you shuck a shotgun by getting a little too excited to squeeze the trigger on your controller/click your mouse button. . . . Feedback is important. Let us not forget issues that break immersion on the quest to improve game quality.

The only thing i have a problem with is having gunslingers trance and chain of woe only being active in only one tree. Being restricted from stability or reload speed sounds like a downgrade compared to d1 and having both.

I will try the Beta. Only to test the lag. I expect continual nerfs. It is their way, they cannot change! I can tolerate the continuing nerfs, but not the lag. It is one thing to play with continually weakened gear, quite another when you can't shoot anything effectively because it isn't really where your screen said it is! That, single thing, is enough for me to avoid the released product. I will see for myself in the Beta. But a single red-bar-hero is all I will tolerate. Unfortunately, I only need to see it once to turn away. Took the Hybrid Server announcement, delivered with a 7 day Lag, to get me to consider returning, and give this product 'another chance'. That is the Beta, they Beta not blow it!

Bungie nerfed Scout Rifles after the Destiny Beta and I don't remember anyone complaining about them being O.P. in the Beta.

5 RespuestasAlso, don't complain about the servers within the first hour or two. So many people will be downloading it and logging in at once. It will be slow. It will crash. It happens. Give it time, and just know that creating 80,000 threads about how you have to wait an extra 39 minutes to play will not help.

You want Bungie to create a game thats perfect in every aspect with not a single mistake. That is also a COMPLETELY different game from 1st while still being Destiny. 2. You're comparing correcting your own mistakes that may or may not affect people around you; To a multi million dollar company's mistakes that can affect hundreds of thousands to millions of people. 3. You're angry that Bungie doesn't pay attention to the forums on the their site. Despite these forums being often hostile, and devoid of any real constructive criticism when it comes to feedback. Some of y'all are so ridiculous it's actually funny. But it's also sad people like the OP get overshadowed because of sheer amount of people who are vocally well... just plain 'ol salty.
