Both agree and disagree. I understand where you're coming from but at the same time I feel like it also forces a personality on the guardian. I prefer to answer people when they speak to me and so staying quiet makes me feel a lot less connected to my guardian because I'm being forced to basically be a silent protagonist when I really don't want to be one. It really depends on what kind of character you want your guardian to be. I wish we could have a multiple lines of dialogue (along with a silent option) to choose from, each having different personalities to them in order to let the player choose how they want their guardian to be. Sadly I'm wishing for too much lol
