I personally would if it meant relaible servers and constant content drops

I would as long as the money went to improving the game at its core. If the money was used to actually make my character better then, no because then its pay to win. If it was used to fund servers or 60fps or additional raids and content I would in a heart beat.
-
Depends the extent. If people that have hundreds of dollars to spend end up with a significant enough advantage over me and it hindered my game experience then no I wouldn't. If it was just being able to buy things that would help, but are also attainable in game through playing then probably.
-
Only if it is to fund dedicated servers as well as more consistent updates with content. Bi weekly story missions, 2 month strikes, 6 month raids. Those are my demands haha but I really won't know till it does or doesn't happen.
-
1 RespuestaServers really only matter significantly to pvp peeps. Lots of pve people would leave if they did that.
-
I would IF it became worth it but that's a big IF at the moment

Pay to play as in a subscription? Or pay to win? The first wouldn't generate enough money cause fewer people would buy it and the second would just be plain bad move that would also turn people away from the game. Only way they MIGHT be able to get away with something even remotely like that is if they pull a Trion and offer something like a patron pass (for X a month the player gets bonus exp, higher loot drops, etc) but even that wouldn't really work since its not set up like an MMO. The problem with anything regarding subscriptions, pay to win or any payment models (outside of DLC) is that its generally used for MMOs, which Destiny isn't and wouldn't really work since its not large enough in scope to do so. Having microtransactions for cosmetic stuff and emotes? That's fine cause it doesn't affect a player's performance in a game mode. Its when they start selling things that boost your damage, selling weapons/armor, etc that would give players an edge is where it would plain piss people off.

Editado por BFGesus: 5/24/2017 6:43:43 AMI would drop that shit faster than No Man's Sky.
-
Editado por Shadowskill1275: 5/24/2017 6:46:34 AMWould consider it,but they would have to make huge changes to the core game, have to be more mmo based. much better servers monthly or bimonthly conntent drops. In game lfg,in game lore. Specific pvp areas in the world. things like that, and much more polish. Better balance in weapons and powers. Also a comprehensive story. Oh also some form of tech support, and a much better banhammer, for cheaters and the like.

2 RespuestasEditado por Onxide: 5/24/2017 4:33:39 AMIt already kind of is. "Don't wanna spend an extra $110 on cut content that should've been there in the first place, even if you already paid $60 for the full game itself? Sucks for you, that shit is required if you want to continue to play." If they try pulling that shit in Destiny 2, you can be sure I'm not gonna waste a dime on it lmao.

Never. I wouldn't even consider it. I remember a time when you went and bought a game, played it, had fun, and bought the next one if you liked it. No game changes, no in-game purchases that could give you an edge, no un-expected crap that could change your attitude about the game you play... The way gaming has changed is pretty terrible.
-
It wouldn't affect me as I play only casual PvE
-
Hell to the no...i could expand, but just no
-
4 RespuestasNope. There are a lot better options that are free
-
4 RespuestasPay to win has never been my thing. Completely defeats the purpose of actually playing video games.
-
Hell no... unless all DLC is free and we get a new TTK expansion every month
-
Won't ever be reliable servers( said in interview they didn't even have the "dedicated servers" conversation. I already pay Sony to play( and since destiny is only game I play, I think that's as far as I'll go. Am I getting D2? Prolly, but I for 1 wasn't impressed with the presentation, basically watched what was supposed to be in D1. Nice cartoon though). Gameplay reminded me of watching my nephew play COD. Sounds/looks like they purposely made everything nerfed to hell right off the bat, guns( not impressed), supers( interesting) , HUD was interesting

3 RespuestasWhat i mean guys is a world of warcraft style set up?
-
-
-blam!- no. And dont give them this idea either, Activision is basically begging for an excuse to do this anyway and im sure Luke Smith would love nothing more than to make a pay per month announcment.
-
No. There are too many other games I already own that I can play without paying anything beyond the initial purchase. I honestly don't believe this company could support something like that. Remember these are the guys that lied about a 0.04% buff to auto rifles. I'm still waiting to see what Bioware drops for e3 before I even decide if I want to buy destiny 2 in the first place
