I think it goes wothout saying to use the appropriate ghost and consumables for each spot: Siege of the warmind hard mode: After you go down the stairs and through the door that opens, fight through all the thrall, acolytes, and kill the yellow bar knight. Then jump off the edge and you will spawn back at the beginning of this section. Stay back from the bottom of the final stair case, and wait to proceed until all the thrall have finished spawning. They run down the stairs single file and are super easy to kill quick. Going up the stairs or killing the knight early can sometimes cause the thrall to stop spawning, so I recommend saving the knight for last. Vault of Glass entrance easy mode: (possibly patched, I can't remember if using a consumable still gives you glimmer at the entrance. If someone can confirm one way or the other, I'd appreciate it. I know that inside the vault, most areas do not generate glimmer from a consumable). Hang out at the entrance and kill the ads that will constantly spawn. You can hang out there indefinitely until you get enough glimmer. Patrol anywhere: Most patrol missions give a decent amount of glimmer, and the star ones for assassination give 500 if I remember correctly. Kill everything as you do patrols. Prison of elders: Whatever the first round is, use the appropriate ghost and consumable while killing the ad waves and wiping before you kill the last one. This glimmer farm can be annoying though, as eachvtime you wipe you have to wait for variks to talk and open the door.

Not including the original farm? Exclusion zone on higher light, kill all but one enemy at the first encounter, die and repeat

You actually ran out?? Well then... just run exclusion zone with the command codes or whatever gets more dough from cabal
