Wars don't happen out of thin air. Someone always instigates them. The US might not have stricken first but they surely did instigate WWII, both the war in Europe and in the Pacific. Now they currently fund proxy armies, disguised as militant terrorist organizations (Al-Qaeda and ISIS), to promote regime change without sending their own troops in.

That is not confirmed really just speculation and I don't think the US made Germany decide to commit genocide along with Russia.

The only genocide that was going on was of white Christians in the Soviet Union, where the Jews got the idea from in order to re-establish Israel according to prophecy, where they had to "return minus six million", and to further commit usury on the German people through reparations.
