5 RespuestasIt's a natural part of recording human history, so no, it's doesn't bother me at all. Humans love statistics.
-
2 RespuestasNo, but what does bother me is having those milestones for the sake of getting the milestone. For example Obama was the first black president. Cool and all, but we don't have to elect any black person for the sake of having a black person in the White House. It should be the right one, no pun intended. Same with Hillary and her famous quote, "don't you think it's time for a woman to be president of the United States?!!!" Yes I do, just not you.
-
Editado por Vague-BAD: 5/8/2017 7:54:27 AMI think there's definitely a limit. So Danica Patrick was the first woman to win an Indycar race (correct me if I'm wrong), that's a milestone. What isn't would be "First woman to win pole position at GP of St. Petersburg. It would be never ending "firsts" eventually
-
Editado por Mr Tacos: 5/8/2017 2:39:54 AMI dont mind, only if the achievement is worth mentioning
-
1 RespuestaNo, and if you are you are just as bad as triggered SJWs. (I'm looking at you Ghost420)
-
Nope, not in the slightest.

20 RespuestasEditado por hemicar156: 5/6/2017 2:04:25 AMYes it bothers me that blacks claim to better at all sports, dancing, talk slang, have their own fashion, then if you say anything about it your automatically labeled a racist. not only that but whenever a new TV show, or movie is made there has to be minority or else it considered racist. Seriously why don't black people take chill pill.
-
3 RespuestasThe action itself? No. People thinking that accomplishment is somehow more impressive than when the first person did It? Then I have a problem.
-
6 RespuestasEditado por Dotfilled: 5/6/2017 6:05:04 AMI don't car but I typically hate when black females post #blackexcellence #blackmagic #blackpower when some black girl graduates from an Ivy League. Not trying to be racist but you can't say it's not true that plenty other races graduate from top schools but don't get exposure.
-
10 RespuestasI start to care when minorities place themselves at a higher point than everyone else. Like some black people saying #blackexcellence and #blackpride. But when someone even thinks about #whiteexcellence or #whitepride, BOOM. YOU ARE A RACIST HICK FROM ALABAMA.
-
Yes because it's irrelevant. Their race sex religion doesn't add to what they accomplished focusing on that just does two things demean their race sex religion and takes the focus away from the accomplishment. Since when is it noble to be yourself?
-
The first? no. The 2nd? sometimes, depends on what it is. The 3rd, 4th, 5th and so on? yeah that bothers me..

-
They're milestones in human history, they deserve recognition, big or small.
-
1 RespuestaYes they're worse than all the stupid ass random stats they come up with on espn. John doe is the only quarter back to throw an interception while the moon was waxing and it was raining in Tokyo on 3rd and long at the 32nd yard line.
-
9 RespuestasSports commentators bother me when they pull out ridiculous bullshit random statistics. Like, "first running back to rush for five consecutive 13.5 yard plays"
-
1 RespuestaIt doesn't bother me unless it's something really stupid like if I read an article on how so and so was the first Syrian to own a McDonald's
-
2 RespuestasIt's more of a "whoopty doo ^%#*ing cares?"
-
1 RespuestaAbsolutely no doubts about it. Edit: Stop with the title change. Bye.✌️
-
Most of the time I'm fine with it. There are some times though where I'm like "wow, we're really stretching things" or flat out "who the hell cares?"
-
Only if it isn't necessary. It's 'necessary' in some history stuff.
-
No, I always just see those things as a "Neato." moment and then go on with whatever I was doing. Unless of course it's a historic accomplishment, then I'll take some more time to appreciate it. But at the end of the day, good on those people for striving to accomplish something of worth.

The first transgender, african, mexican, jewish, part cat, cyborb, lesbian to graduate from TAFE.
-
Not really. Its more of a shocker if its something that happened fairly current, like David Dinkins is the first and, to date, only African American to be mayor of new york city in 1990.
