This is a new clan that a friend and I have created. We hope to be a PVP and PVE clan. The hope is that we can build something in which we can travel to Destiny 2 together. I am posting here for your review and consideration. The name of our clan is "In Medias Res". Rough Translation (Latin): In the middle of things. It refers more specifically to a narrative that is started in the middle and only reveals previous events through flashbacks. This name was chosen because it is exactly where we find ourselves right now, with regards to the Destiny story line. We are between Destiny and Destiny 2 and we are reliving previous triumphs in the form of revamped Endgame Content. Out motto: Contra vim mortis non crescit herba in hortis Translation: No herb grows in the garden against the power of death. This was chosen to be used as a double entendre. First and foremost, there is no medicine for death. Secondly, it is a reflection of where this game began for all of us. It is meant as an allusion to the Black Garden and the fact that we have found even more formidable adversaries throughout the Destiny universe. We found nothing in the Garden that could save us. Administrative Details: As of now we are small. We are looking for people of any skill level in PVE who would like to join. We would also very much like for active PVP players to join. If we get big enough, there will definitely be leadership roles that we will need filled.
