Dunno about anyone else, but seeing that lone cutscene of a Guardian ship taking on a Cabal battle cruiser in the reveal trailer got me pretty amped up. Vehicle combat in D1 was virtually nonexistent. I can think of one meaningful mission with a vehicle in D1, and that was in HoW. Now, I know we're not buying a space sim here. But Reach had a pretty badass space / ship combat mission that I really enjoyed playing. And I know Bungie didn't make Halo 4, it had a pretty memorable space ship combat mission too. My point is that they can be integrated into an FPS.. and done WELL. I hope we see some of that on D2 also. Now granted, it's not on the top 5 things I really want.. But still could be some FUN.
