Everyone wait until you see gameplay, I don't mind preordering. But when you do it now, then they see that they can rush the game and not care because they already have your money.
Please be smart.
Edit: Personally saying you already preordered doesn't bother me. I just wanted to speak my opinion, I knew I'd offend the straight on fanboys but I thought I should speak up. I just don't feel preordering after a minute and a half trailer is too smart. Also I didn't plan for this to get big, I just wanted to share my thoughts with a few people. But thanks all the mature people who disagreed and didn't act like a complete fool.

Editado por SmashvilleViking: 4/2/2017 5:41:40 AMHow does a company rush a game that was supposed to be released a year ago, and already has a release date? I don't think Bungie would set a release date, if they weren't going to be able to release it. Yes, Destiny was in shambles, but that's because they had a deadline to meet, or they faced backlash from Activision. Destiny was scrapped, and pieced back together before the deadline. Now, Bungie has no time constraints since Activision said that Bungie wouldn't have negative consquences placed on them if they didn't release D2 on time. Essentially, Bungie has all of the time in the world to finish D2.

1 RespuestaEditado por LDSG BossMan: 4/2/2017 4:51:31 PMI've enjoyed the 2,000+ hours of destiny I've played so far. Sure, there were parts I didn't like, but I've continued to play because I continued to gain enjoyment out of it. Why shouldnt I support something I've enjoyed enough to put so many hours into? In any case im going to buy it, no matter what the opinions of others are. Since this is true, why shouldnt I buy it now if it means I get extra rewards for doing so?

if you order before they confirm "dedicated servers", you've helped ruin what could of been a great game.
-
Yeah not really no need to ever preorder now days as companys put out enough copies and digital as well. But if people want to give their money to a company to lookafter for free till the game comes out than its up to them.
-
Destiny gave way more than my money's worth in both time and enjoyment. So I see no reason why I shouldn't preorder.
but of course you are entitled to your opinion and I respect that
Hey, there's one born every minute. It's good business to separate fools from their money.
-
Do you guys really think the game will look or play that different than destiny 1? You guys are posting like it's gonna be freaking ET or something. We should all have a solid idea about the look and feel of the game given we've played destiny for 3 years. What I'd be concerned about are story depth, dedicated servers, separation of PvE and PvP, and a banning policy for outright cheats.
-
Like we're not going to buy it and play it no matter what. We are lemmings. We will buy it and we will play it and Bungie already knows it. Resistance is futile.
-
Calm down. It costs as little as $10 to pre-order. That gives you time to change your mind, to watch stream reveals, trailers and have Beta access before release. I think that's a fair trade off to see if it worth purchasing in full.
-
I'm usually pretty wary of preordering in general and to be honest Destiny was pretty underwhelming in my opinion but I preordered D2 today. For all of D1's shortcomings there was one thing that made the purchase worthwhile and that was how fun it was to game with my friends. Just patrolling and BSing in party chat made it worth the money.
-
Agreed! If your going to come back here after a week of playing the game full of Complaints then don't bother pre-ordering the game
-
The reason I've already pre-ordered is because I lost my chance on getting a fancy version with pretty sweet loot the first time, not happening again, a poster? Please. Got a Cayde-6 figurine and getting limited edition. I do respect your opinion though, just not going to follow along with it.

3 RespuestasEditado por Ono Michio: 3/31/2017 7:45:19 PMI agree for the most part, but preordering now won't make them think they can rush games. The game comes out in under 6 months, and they're ready to show gameplay already - the dev cycle has likely already finished, or it's at least getting to that point. It's not like the game is half done and they're now saying "Get 'er done guys! Cut all the corners in the second half!"
Disclaimer: I have not preordered yet. I'm waiting for the beta.
The release date is already set Kek

3 Respuestaswow, also just found out the Limited Edition is Gamestop Exclusive. Total BS. Wanted my GCU discount, but oh well, another reason not to buy this garbage.
-
I enjoyed destiny enough that I was going to buy it regardless. If it's really THAT bad after I play then beta I'll just cancel it.
-
Who gives a shit. If it's a bad game it's a bad game. I love destiny 1 so I couldn't honestly care less if destiny 2 is bad.

9 RespuestasYou don't know how pre orders work do you? It's okay a lot of kids don't know how the pre order system works. Simply put: all your doing in reserving your copy, the devs and publisher don't have your money and won't get your money until after the game comes out. The only thing they have is a number of how many copies need to be made at minimum.
-
2 RespuestasMaybe my Cayde-6 statue will comfort me since I got suckered. Maybe after the beta I will cancel my preorder. Maybe people will someday quit caring what other do with their money.
-
Bruh I'm buying the game anyways and I want my Clyde statue
-
1 RespuestaWorst case scenario it's like it is now, but bigger world's and more guns... I'll take my chances. I'd buy it if it was just that. Destiny's my jam. No other shooter like it and I play it for only that reason.
-
I think you're just jealous that spending a 100 bucks is alot of money when for plenty of people spending a 100 bucks is the same as going out to eat and when you consider the amount of entertainment you got out of destiny 1 it's worth it. Scrub.
-
7 RespuestasPre ordered it on my Xbox yesterday and on my PlayStation today
-
5 RespuestasStep 1: Pre-order to gain early beta access Step 2: Play beta Step 3: Cancel per-order if it blows, keep it if it doesn't Step 4: Profit

1 RespuestaWas the collector's edition really $250?
