You do understand what "incidental collection" means - it means that Trump's phone [b]was not[/b] wiretapped, but the phones of the people he was talking to [b]were[/b] wiretapped (like foreign diplomats). If I phone the Russian Ambassador I can be pretty sure that my conversation will be listened to by the security services as part of their foreign surveillance - it doesn't mean [b]my[/b] phone is bugged!
