Sidearms rules the special slot
Sometimes icebreaker
Only viable weapons are
:
Luna type handcannons
Hawksaw type pulses
Spare change is inconsistent type
Mida
NLB
And that's it , that's the meta

2 RespuestasThat's where you're wrong kiddo look at all three of my characters
-
6 RespuestasI don't use any of those. And while I'm not having much fun in Crucible, I do reasonably well. As far as I can tell, ranged primaries have the edge. This is because since the player is essentially forced to use sidearms, it is tactically incorrect to use a primary with range similar to one. Weapons like Doctrine, Soulstealer's Claw, and Last Word become very questionable choices. Not saying you can't succeed with one, it's just difficult.

24 RespuestasNope, not true at all. Hand Cannans during HOW accounted for over 50% of ALL kills in the crucible. A month into year 2 1K stare accounted for 35% of all kills and TLW followed with 17%. These kind of numbers can't be explained away by "oh your not good enough to have experienced these metas". People who started in year two have no idea what a real meta looks like. We're talking one, maybe two guns with a third possible hard counter. I hear you man, you don't like having to deal with side arms and hand cannons, but the numbers show that the crucible is more diverse recently. Argue with me all you want but you can't argue with the numbers. Below are the numbers for control and you can see an even spread of primary weapons vs just two months ago when clever dragon sat at 12% and matador was around 20%. http://guardian.gg/en/weapon-stats?platform=2&start=2017-02-14&end=2017-03-13&mode=10&activity=0

That maybe the top of the Meta, but who the -blam!- cares? Ana, Reinhart, Zarya, Genji, Lucio, D.Va, Soldier 76, are top tier in Overwatch. You think the player base really cares? I see everything in the crucible. Personally I enjoy Cryptic Dragon, Angel's Advocate, Ill Will, An Answering Cord, Occam's Razor, and Chaotic Neutral, but people are using so many different weapons it's unreal.

Yr 1 trials
the lasthawkthorn
1 RespuestaI didn't know they took your weapons away from you completely. Oh wait...
-
1 RespuestaFunny, because everyone I know is loving the diversity. Oh, and I've easily shut down all of those weapons with just about everything in my arsenal, so I don't know what you're complaining about.
-
1 RespuestaGod rolls of the hopscotch pilgrim rule. Just need range really.
-
So, like every other meta..... this is nothing new.
-
Editado por Hazel: 3/15/2017 9:39:25 PMTowards the end of March you can remove NLB and sidearms from the list and you'll have the new meta And an even less diverse one than we already have
-
Truth tbh. I stopped playing after IB. I'll be back come the 28th
-
5 RespuestasLol thats funny, my palindrome, laughing heart and silver dread say otherwise. I really havent seen much for sidearms lately. But maybe thats because I've been sorta camping with my sniper rather then jumping into the middle of gun fights. Idk Either way its super easy to snipe in this meta lol
-
And Icebreaker.
-
Its always been like this. Specific weapons have always ruled crucible every weapon patch

Editado por MadDan515 PS4: 3/15/2017 4:35:03 PMI've had limited (because I suck) success with; Scouts: Mida, Tlaloc, Distant Star ARs: The Continental, Shadow Price, Suros Regime Pulses: Nirwins Mercy, Hopscotch Pilgrim (but overall I find Pulses lacking.) HCs: lots of people running Hawkmoon, Palindrome, the IB HC and the like, but I can't ever get a handle on HCs. I've seen more people running primaries AND sidearms but very few exclusively using sidearms.
-
I'm actually enjoying this meta. Sure i run icebreaker but majority of my kills come from my primary and i only pull out ib in certain situations
-
You truly are incredible. You all beg for this and say its bad and terrible when daddy give you what you want. It was fine in year one, but y'all had to have your $0.02
-
31 Respuestas6s are fine but, the trials is cancer now. I've seen so many teams use fusion grenades as their primary weapon....what the hell?
-
Editado por robinsonc784070: 3/15/2017 5:34:03 AMThere's other weapons I find that compete with those. This meta is still more diverse than clever dragon/grasp + matador/party crasher, the last meta we had. And there's more specials that are viable to use in this current meta.
-
4 RespuestasI never see pulses much. Just handcannons and side arms. The majority of players who snipe are very very bad so that unworriesom. But sadly I do agree. This meta got real stale really quick. Lol quicker than the last meta too.
-
Stop they always do this you know it's coming and you still complain. The strong adapt meat. The real issue is laggers
-
3 RespuestasBut so many primaries lol
-
It's more primary weapon diverse, but they've sacrificed shotguns fusions and snipers. That's the downside.
-
Not the least diverse but far from being diverse. The last meta was way less diverse than this one.
-
3 RespuestasThese posts are dumb, I use an AR almost every game and i tend to do very well. I even saw somebody get killed by bad juju today....... bad-f***ing-juju. This meta is way better than ones of the past. Just because things changed does not mean that the crucible is fundamentally bad. When you decide to look up my stats you'll see that I am Titan main who used to run Shotguns and Scouts. I use ARs every game now, just like when destiny first launched and I have never had more fun in the crucible. Primary Fights everywhere with side arms thrown into the mix. Side arms are so easily bested, you just have to not be foolish and understand and respect the damage. I'll take a death to a side arm any day over getting Titan Jug Shotty Rushed. Learn to adjust and adapt.

I feel like any primary is competitive in regular crucible right now, but those are defintiely the only guns used in trials. I have been using blind perdition or eyasluna, one or the other, just because I don't want to get too comfortable with other guns.
