Title says all, it was completely unnecessary and now to achieve more "balance" all they did was make side arms and Hand canons even more dominant over all.

7 RespuestasDestiny creators, How are you going to F up the game at the end of year three and expect the individuals that have played for three years to continue forth with you. Your like the government you pick and choose who to listen to only a few voices but at the end of the day you do what you want and we have to abide by it or never play the game again. I think I'm done not going to be pushed around anymore. There are other games Thanks

7 RespuestasEditado por TheCyo: 3/6/2017 2:39:56 PMBump. But... they already have committed to it. So now they have this tunnel vision where they only see the next fire to stamp out. 1) Let's limit sidearm ammo -> nothing changes, better some ammo than a useless special slot 2) Ok, remove sidearm ammo -> all switch to icebreaker, better a sniper with some ammo than a useless slot 3) We have to increase charge time on icebreaker -> special becomes useless, everybody uses double grenade builds 4) Grenades are too strong -> and so on this.wont.stop. And Bungie seems unable to see, as this Merry-go-round now already turns for 3 years, the only difference they have made is to always promote the least ugly horse to become the new favorite one. But the end result is that we have a carousel with only ugly horses left and nobody wants to ride anymore. If the same people stay in charge, I fear for D2.

[Statement] Bump. [Statement] Make it so special weapons lose one third of their ammo each time the player dies.

2 Respuestas-blam!- the special nerf bullshit already. Tell them to fix the -blam!-ing lag. You guys whine about the wrong shit

3 RespuestasActually like the change - here an anti bump and a happy chicken 🐔

I like the shotgun nerf, but hate the ammo nerf.
-
1 RespuestaThey won't do it. They aren't willing to admit that they made a mistake in the game and thus will make us suffer. A far better solution would have been to limit the amount of ammo you spawn with such as: spawn with half a magazine of shotgun/fusion rounds and one full magazine of sniper rounds. Then you able to defend yourself and be mindful of your ammo prior to ammo spawning again. But you know how Bungie and logic are....
-
The special ammo nerf was poorly executed, fix it Bungie.

1 RespuestaEditado por uAteMyWaffles: 3/7/2017 4:05:14 PMThis is the best thing to happen to the crucible. The only bad thing is being pigeonholed into sidearms. Sidearms should spawn with max 1 clip. Otherwise other guns need to spawn with ammo, with some caveats. I don't understand why they thought giving sidearm ammo and nothing else was going stop a special meta.
-
It was unnecessarily overdone, as usual. They could have you just lose 1-2 magazines-worth of ammo in death. This is excessive, and a lazy solution, as always. Bungie couldn't balance a bucket of water on flat ground, much less anything in this game.
-
1 RespuestaYou know density has gone to crap when a musket, a flippin' musket is one of the most powerful weapons in the Crucible.

Editado por Big_LC: 3/7/2017 1:53:27 PMBump I don't want sidearms nerfed. I don't want them all to lose their special ammo on death too. That's just going to lead to absolute dominance by a team who wipes the other first, and still does not make shotguns, snipers and fusions any more usable. If they want to lose special ammo, have weapons lose RESERVE special ammo, and bump up special crate time to 75-90 seconds. Sidearms lose all reserve ammo beyond a couple of clips, and will always spawn with a clip if you have less than that upon death, whereas the other weapons won't spawn with any. And please exempt mayhem gamemodes from this. If change means rolling back the patch and trying the re-balancing again with The Age of Triumph, then fine. I didn't like the Matador/Clever Dragon meta, but give me that over this any day of the week. At least when I got shotgunned or sidearmed pre-patch, I could still respawn on the other side of the map and snipe him. I can't do that anymore, unless I use one of two weapons. Two weapons which I like, but don't like feeling forced to use in order to maintain a playstyle I enjoy. Either way, this IB Supremacy was all Wormwoods and Trespassers instead of Matadors and Conspiracy Theories. As they say, the more things change...

33 RespuestasI came back for a night of IB. Honestly, this is the best it's been in a while. Don't get me wrong. There's still a ton that can be done to make it a great PvP. But, primaries were being used more than anything. And all primaries are viable. Blade Dancers were still wrecking shop. Personally, I think people need to let go of relying on the secondary slot.
