Things Y1 vets laugh at.
So for those of us who've been playing the crucible since vanilla, I thought it would be funny to let the Youngbloods know what we find funny in the current day.
I'll start it off by saying the amount of complaints I'm seeing about NLB, sidearms, TLW, etc. These kids never had to go up against the horrors that were the Y1 Thorn, Suros and The Vex Cheat Code. For one week I want to see these three weapons returned to their original stats and watch the forums lose their ever loving minds. It's those three weapons that make me laugh at everything from the current meta through the reign of the Shotguns that was the last meta.

I'd go back to the thorn and last word meta in a heartbeat over this... Goddamn we didn't realize how good we had it when this game didn't suck and when shots hit what you pointed at. A time when you could have 24 shells in a shotgun or 24 bullets in a sniper and your primary was still your main means of engagement.

4 RespuestasLol, I still laugh in the face of the 'mapador' trend. Not even close guys. Just salt shakers was all I saw. It pales, absolutely sucks, in comparison to the blinking Felwinter/shotpackage combo. They know nothing.

I remember after killing Ir yut where NLB dropped for me the first time. Everyone in the fireteam laughed at how shit it was. Now it needs a nerf...goes to show how bad the beta ..I mean meta has been so far.

Vex: wipes an entire team of 6, twice and still didn't need to reload. Suros Regime: caused insta-💩 with the sound of its discharge alone! Thorn: well, Time To Die! Felwinter's Lie with Shot package! Death incarnate, 2 inches beyond a melee! Today: melee outranges a sh1tgun and the kids scream nerf! Maybe just for a day lol. Some of the complaints I've heard lately from new players are so ignorant... If they actually got to experience how bad it used to be they'd probably quit playing. I always thought that people who used Thorn back then were the biggest, no gun skill, soulless scrubs. Dear god I hated getting killed by it... The doctor told me my blood pressure is finally back in check now since it got nerfed it awhile back lol

Watch kills stack up as you camp, shoot and run away. Vex. Spawn in Hear sound of vex. Go to orbit. Pocket infinity. Point in general direction of guardian. Pull trigger and keep down. Fire 6 shots in two seconds. Watch all guardians vanish. Shitpackage on shotguns op.
