Well since gravity is sort of a law of science and this is just rumination, I am gonna stick with the round Earth thing.

  • What are laws of science but "ruminations"? At least FET does not let its observations of the natural world get clouded by a preconceived methodology like the scientific method.

  • Gravity has been proven time and time again. It is obvious when we observe the stars in the sky. Without going into quantum mechanics, I am going to give you a brief explanation of what I mean. 1. Black holes are basically super centers of gravity. (If you don't believe in black holes that is understandable) 2. Gravity warps light from stars. This one is a bit hard to explain without getting into quantum mechanics, but it has been observed by many astronomers and physicists.

  • Templar, you know that anyone can come up with irrelevant equations and spew esoteric junk-science to the public.. I could make up such things.

Really? Both of what you stated below (especially black holes) cannot be proven, seen, or observed by those "inferior" to NASA. And even for a spherist, gravity warps are quite out there.

Why don't you take a look at the book I cited?

Light's absence can be the result of a gargantuan object blocking out the stars behind it, or even merely the absence of celestial bodies in that region. But, can light be bent? That remains to be proved, but it can be reflected for certain (it can be observed).
But, can light be bent? That remains to be proved, but it can be reflected for certain (it can be observed).
Have you ever heard of the term refraction? It is the term for when light bends. Here is a simple way to study basic refraction. 1. Fill a transparent cup 3/4 full it's water. 2. Stick a pencil, pen, or other long object in the water. 3. Observe.

  • Regarding your second point: what makes you think researchers are not just interpreting the phenomenon they see in a lens, in a way that is both informed and shaped by their preconceived biases? Everything gets considered in the light of scientific theory. They cannot think outside their own methodological box. When they see something, it gets put through their filter of method. They dont let what the see speak: the interpret what they see based upon what they think they are seeing. See the circularity?

  •
Regarding your second point: what makes you think researchers are not just interpreting the phenomenon they see in a lens, in a way that is both informed and shaped by their preconceived biases?
Because all quantum physicists recognize this as a fact.
Everything gets considered in the light of scientific theory. They cannot think outside their own methodological box.
If you have ever studied quantum physics, it is about as far outside of the box you can get.
When they see something, it gets put through their filter of method. They dont let what the see speak: the interpret what they see based upon what they think they are seeing. See the circularity?
This is all just you guessing what they are thinking. If you want, I can try and explain a very complicated equation on how the gravity of large celestial bodies effects light.

  • I could make complicated equations explaining the mass and gravitation of Asgard. But that does not mean that gravity or Asgard actually exist.

  •
I could make complicated equations explaining the mass and gravitation of Asgard. But that does not mean that gravity or Asgard actually exist.
I doubt you could. But that is besides the point I suppose you want a source for all this. I didn't get this from online, I read it in a scientific book. It is titled Unsolved Science, written by Bill Price. I got the info I used from pages 148-153.
