Thanks for the 20/20 AMR7 Sniper!
It was such a pleasure to complete the weekly crucible bounty this week. My team won nearly 14% of the matches. It was so nice to receive a personal message from Bungie after the games - something about "breaking up the teams", and it was especially nice to see that message after 3 consecutive matches.
I enjoyed the 2 matches in which I added no total to my "advantage kills" - given my team never held the advantage. Also, as a player with a lifetime KD of less than 1, it was extremely rewarding (and not in the least bit frustrating) to be so significantly over-matched.
I met some fine people today. I would like to publicly thank the two other players that stayed to the end of the games with me, when the others left after the first few minutes or once we were down by 700 - which would often occur about the same time. Further, I enjoyed sportsmanship of the winning team who would kill me post game as I stood there, dance and otherwise gloat after each lopsided encounter.

So today, I decide to complete the Weekly Crucible Bounty on my second character. After the same wonderful experience I finally complete it and just as I'm getting ready to turn in the bounty a thought crosses my mind: "You know, wouldn't that be fitting if I received that same reward".
I did.
As incredible and ludicrous as it sounds there I was staring in disbelief as another 20/20 AMR 7 appeared on the right side of my screen.

i went 24/6 with 6 captures in the first game...thought id complete my entire bounty in 2 games...nope 12 games later to get the final 6 advantage kills. horrible -blam!-in teams

At this point they would let people choose the weapon they want and be given a random roll.

It's not bungies fault they get off on torturing people. They used to burn cats and cut off dogs ears but they got in trouble for that. Now their only outlet is to relentlessly troll their ever shrinking player base. They figure the ones that stick it out will be down for some in person action later [spoiler]if you ever meet a destiny employee watch your drink and don't go anywhere with them by yourself[/spoiler] Since they loosened sbmm to allow better players to farm you for kd I think the best thing you can do is just use your ghost to get a fair match.

started doing strikes yesterday. Got matched with SirDieALot and IHaveNoClueWhatAWeaponIs. Decided to go play control instead. Mostly the same. Leading my team by 500 points and still losing. Got at most one zone all match long. The satisfaction of finishing with a K/D over 1 and not advancing the bounty by one zilch. Ran into some old friends and ended the evening by running a normal VoG with 3 other seasoned players and a noob. Felt so nice and refreshing by comparison (got shafted opening the vault though, we heard the usual chime that the spire was built, rushed to the entrance, to discover it wasn't actually open, so we had to do it again, go figure...)

3 RespuestasGot put on a team of randoms playing control up against a fireteam of 6 (this happens all the time) we started to lose and everyone except one other guy dropped out. Then we got replacements after a long wait.....They dropped out too. They called the match and "broke up the players to find a better match". Next match i got put up against the same fireteam. Lol. This happened about 5 times in a row. Everyone kept dropping out and i was being completely destroyed. It was to the point where i was beyond raging and just laughing like a crazed lunatic. I wish i could say this was a fluke or a one time thing but shit like this happens a lot these days. The matchmaking is terrible where randoms have to go up against fireteams. Or smaller fireteams are put on the same side. There is no penalty for players dropping out which leads to lopsided victories and then breaking players up for a better match that doesn't even work. I've also noticed a whole lot more spawning in next to enemies or enemies spawning right next to me. I'm having a real hard time liking the crucible at the moment. I wonder if Bungie is really just ignoring PvP while focusing on Destiny 2? Cause it feels like the crucible is falling apart into a complete mess.

So spend some time throwing some Rumble games. (remember to get at least 1 kill or you get nothing) You get good chances at loot, and the drop in your ELO rank will make the times you do want to play for real less painful because SBMM.

2 RespuestasI once soloed a NF (back when that was a tricky thing to do), took me an hour and a half and I got: Two ascendant shards. Not a weapon to dismantle into shards, two actual shards.
