Not the point at all, bungie have roughly 750 staff and Facebook have nearly 20,000. More man power = quicker outcome.

Even though... bungie is pretty bad at communicating with its own community. Bungie have by far the worst customer service I ever encounter with. It's a fun game and easy to make friends and enemies, but this is dying fast, and they don't care enough to at least address the wish list needs and wants. If you're going spend all your time and effort into destiny 2 at least make destiny fun again.

You haven't reported a Shark Card not giving you cash to Rockstar before. It took them 3 weeks to respond to me just to say "we're working on it"

What did you have to call bungie customer service for?

Not just calling customer service, but in general there customer services is base upon "RNG" Sometime they answer or email you back when you have a concern But most time they don't even bother.

Not really an issue with me personal, but I know many people have issues with the bungie store, cheaters, lag switcher, DDos. Just stuff like that are supposed to be supported with "customer services" Prime example when every got their promo code for completing the year 2 triumph. The shirts literally took about a few months to be delivered. Many people were emailing and coming to the forums asking about when the shorts will be delivered. Some contact bungie via email and never heard back. I don't know man, just little stuff like that.

They said in an email that delivery would take a while. I ordered one myself. Really wasn't a problem, people are too impatient these days.

That is where the problem occur. Many people want to know exactly how and when the item that they paid with their money will arrive. A while can be a couple days, a couple weeks , months even years... they just wanted to know what they paid for. And not to mention that was probably the first item that they ever bought from bungie store. I stand by my opinion and think bungie has one of the worst customer service one can have for a business.

That is what people are concern about. The customer service is obscure. And it's sad because bungie have so much potential but they are losing customers... due to one of the biggest issues which is lack of communication/customer support-service

I've dealt with worse in the UK but can't change how you feel.

Notice I said "one of the worst" I'm not speaking from personal experience I speaking in general people are having the same issue. Just because one is not experiencing the same issue doesn't make it irrelevant.
