(tiny orbs refill 3% of one's super energy). Things to note: Yes, when aimed down sights, this weapon would two tap in PvP. However, the lower rate of fire on the already lowest rate of fire of handcannon would balance this out in TTK. It would be fairly along side the last word's optimal time to kill. The weapon is designed to be powerful in both player vs player and player vs enemy, without being overpowered in either. It took me a while, But I truly believe perfectionist on a handcannon with this low of reload, handling, and magazine size, along with two other perks dedicated to precision kills, would fully reward a skilled hand for using this piece.
