The forums seem a lot less toxic lately to me. Then I realized it was because I just mute trolls so much now.
I mean really,if people aren't here to talk about their own experiences and don't actually like the game, why listen?
And feel free to mute me if I make your experience worse here.
Making a better world, #onemuteatatime.

2 RespuestasBeen here 3 maybe 4 years. More if you count the fact I had a profile when halo 2 came out but wasn't really on the forums. Zero people muted. Where's the fun in that? you guys have some thin skin

1 Respuestaif you just mute trolls its fine but if you mute people who criticize the game and still play it that might be a problem, because they are just giving the devs feedback on whats what in the destiny world. muting them would only mean you dont see those posts so something might be changed in a patch without you knowing it was a problem. everyone else would know because they could see the posts.

1 RespuestaI don't like muting people. Sure, that one comment or reply could look a bit stupid, but they may make an intelligent or funny post a couple hours later.
-
1 RespuestaI haven't ever muted anyone. But I'm sure a lot of people have muted me for whatever reason.

2 RespuestasNot exactly making the world a better place. Doesnt work the same in real life. It always comes back to get you at some point. Those people will still be here when Destiny 2 comes out.

7 RespuestasSo basically u mute someone if they make fun of u. Just ignore it. #Tipsinlife

I'm surprised you even came up for me.

2 RespuestasHonestly since launch of this app I haven't muted anyone, I'm willing to bet I've been muted though because really I can be an idiot or salty af with my comments and stuff so I usually understand why
-
2 RespuestasLol Ive been doing the same thing. There is literally about 15 trolls on these forums that always seem to be shitting from their mouths. You mute them, the toxicity goes down dramatically.
-
2 RespuestasYou....You have no idea how fulfilling it can be lmao!!

2 RespuestasEditado por DadKev: 2/4/2017 4:26:46 AMYes, it works great as everyone says. I just wish there were more specific options for why you are muting someone, assuming Bungie ever looks at that and does anything with the data. I don't know what my mute count is but I had to hit Load More 14 times to get to the end of the list.

2 RespuestasMuting people doesn't do anything. The posts are still there. And don't act like you don't click on hidden posts. You know you do. Now go ahead and mute me for telling the truth.

Muted. Just kidding, but I agree. The mute button is a handy little tool for blocking out the trolls.

1 RespuestaIndeed.

I've been muting the toxics since release. I think I at least have over 100 people muted.

1 RespuestaI couldn't agree more. I started muting people during that whole "SBMM is cancer" spam fest a while back, and it made this site so much better.

1 RespuestaWith every mute I do - I always say to myself Taking back the forums one member at a time. Although there have been some weekends when I've gotten tired of having to repeat myself over and over again. LOL
