I happened upon this game in the same way. I usually check the store for titles that I may not have heard of before.
I really like the atmosphere Little Nightmares creates, it's like a mix of Limbo and BioShock.
I've since pre-ordered the Six Edition that comes with the soundtrack and some other goodies.

Ah, so on Steam? I got the Xbox version. :) Can't wait for its release! It really reminded me of Limbo also and Inside.

Actually there are physical editions. I pre-ordered mine at my local GameStop after a simple inquiry. My copy will be for Xbox One as well, and I just can't wait!
