Xbox one VR??
when.can I expect t see a VR for Xbox one? Why hasn't one been released? PS4 already has it, why doesn't Xbox? If non is fourth coming I'm going to switch to PS4 come Xbox let get on the ball!!! I'm waiting along with other Xbox user's????

1 RespuestaMicrosoft are pretty friendly with Oculus (even bundling Xbox Controllers with every Rift), so it's possible the Scorpio will support the Rift. I don't know if that's confirmed though.

It's coming with Scorpio, so Microsoft says. If you're looking into purchasing a VR device right now (God knows why), you can do a lot better than PSVR, which is objectively the worst of the three major VR devices on the market. Got a good PC? Get a Vive. I personally wouldn't because VR is terrible, but you don't seem all that smart so you might enjoy it.

13 RespuestasHonestly VR isn't all that great, especially right now. Sure there are some cool things you can do with it, but I really don't think it will be the next big thing in gaming, let alone the future of gaming.

Probably won't be a thing until Scorpio... and even then, if they focus only on content, they'll probably make games compatible with already available hardware on PC.

Tbh if you are gonna buy a ps4 and switch and buy psvr also.... You may aswell get a good PC that can run and play vr and get a rift or Vive. I've tested the HTC Vive and I have to say its something completely different and amazing. If I had money for it or already had a PC available I would for sure. But I'm going to wait a whole buy a car and then save up

There is talk that there might be one for scorpio. You do have to remember that VR takes a lot of power, which is why the playstation also has difficulty with it. VR is mainly meant for fairly powerful PCs. On top of that it still hasnt really taken off, which means that a console company doesnt really need to jump on the band wagon. Playstation just decided to take a pre-emptive risk and it hasnt exactly done wonders for them, so it is likely that xbox will wait a while longer (at least until their more powerful version of their console is ready).

Lol well if you want to buy a PS4 then possibly pay more than a console for limited VR then go ahead. As for Xbox, Scorpio is said to be capable but they may not get VR for a few years, however if they do it may be the Oculus.
