As we sit and read these posts on our boards it is probably clear that our community has issues. I personally think our cries to nerf classes is where is started and now we complain about weapons. These weapons haven't changed much since the start of the game so what has?
I realize people look to their favorite players now more than ever and many of these players wanted the Sunsinger nerf. Bolts where the talk of the community and the fact that they were easy to use raised concerns. So who exploited them and why did you have an issue with it?
Just a trip down memory lane. Did they abuse bolts to prove a point? Did the same people you watch call for more gunplay? Do those same players now abuse the meta?
I'm really curious as someone that didn't use bolts as to who it effected more.......rushers from rushing or passive players from being passive.
Please leave your thoughts on why bolts and burn made you so mad. Also if you find things better now.

Been here since year one and i used sunsinger a bit. preferred voidwalker honestly. but i can see how firebolts were broken, for one they did a lot of damage on the initial impact. add the fact they had crazy range on their tracking, plus the burn damage that left you 1 hit by almost any weapon and gave people tracking on you with the burn numbers. and they were the easiest nade to use just toss it in a general direction and the nade will track and show you where the enemy is. i think it was just too much power in 1 grenade at once. i dont think the subclass's or weapons are a problem *except for when sunbreaker first dropped holy crap that thing was OP lol* biggest problem in destiny is how people play it everyone always flocks to the *strongest* weapon and subclass. i partly blame bungie for not having enough diversity in certain weapon tiers. like mida is hands down the best scout and theres no other scout like mida. or clever there only 2 other guns in its type, grasp and waltz. theres not enough variety so after a month or 2 of dying by the same weapon people start to scream nerf nerf!
